I thought he attacked the problem in an organized way. He had extra police brought it. He asked for the mayor and police chief to be called. He had Felix Decker use his influence and money to post a reward. It didn't take long for him to figure that Hicks had asked him to stay behind at the request from Gilda. He put the clues together to figure out the Udall had to be behind the kidnapping even if he didn't do it himself.
I was amazed how he stayed focus when he was as distraught about Sarah as he was about Catherine. Frank did everything right here.
I was surprised too. If I was Frank and Catherine had been kidnapped while I was in charge of keeping her safe, I'd be going crazy.
It was a nail biting few pages. Frank handled it well figuring it out and going to Udall without being too aggressive.
Frank is perfect. He kept his head and continued to follow the clues. It broke my heart when he saw that bundle and thought Catherine was dead. It is a blessing in disguise that Hicks held him back. If they knocked Frank out, Catherine would be lost. I don't know how Frank or Sarah could recover from that.
