Okay so there's a girl and she's in high school and her neighbor who she used to be best friends with comes back I think as a vampire, his name may be James. And there's like a bunch of evil vampires but he's a good vampire.. Oh and I think there's a scene where they're at a party and the two of them are in a closet together, eavesdropping. I'm pretty sure the cover is just red with like a little candy bat in the corner or something and I think the title is just one word. I read it in middle School I think, so probably within 2011-2013.
