Marion - Your answer will start with the first letter of the last answer. So in the instance you have above - Bruce wrote Dr. Who so the next answer would start with "O" - Orphan Black. Then the next answer was Kitchen Nightmares - to the above answer The Saint. So the next answer would start with the letter "T". The/A/An don't count as the starting letter.
I hope this clarifies a little better.
