Does anyone know what the ending meant? Did Hana turn Lena and Alex in to the regulators?

Yes, yes she did.She was jealous because she tried to find love and failed. All she found was cheap lust. Hana is used to winning and being the cooler of the two, so when her best friend has something she doesn't and suddenly feels dissed and like she's being replaced, she found a way to fix it.
