You'd have fun in Florida visiting Busch Gardens in Tampa and Sea World, Universal Studios, and Walt Disney World in Orlando. It would cost a fortune, but you'd be able to ride quite a few great roller coasters (and at WDW you would probably enjoy The Tower of Terror, my favorite ride there).

When I visited san diego I visited the sea world there and enjoyed it a lot.
