Sky is a charismatic and inspiring leader who is able to mesmerise his listeners.
Sky is a natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma. He is oftentimes reaching out and inspiring others to achieve and to do good in the world. With a natural confidence that begets influence, he takes a great deal of pride and joy in guiding others to work together to improve themselves and their community.
Sky radiates authenticity, concern and altruism, unafraid to stand up and speak when he feels something needs to be said. He finds it natural and easy to communicate with others, especially in person, and he helps people to reach every mind, be it through facts and logic or raw emotion. He easily sees people's motivations and seemingly disconnected events, and is able to bring these ideas together and communicate them as a common goal with an eloquence that is nothing short of mesmerizing, The interest Sky has in others is genuine, almost to a fault – when he believes in someone, he can become too involved in the other person’s problems, place too much trust in them. Luckily, this trust tends to be a self-fulfilling prophecy, as Sky's altruism and authenticity inspires those he cares about to become better themselves. But if he isn’t careful, he can overextend his optimism, sometimes pushing others further than he’s ready or willing to go. Sky is vulnerable to another snare as well: he has a tremendous capacity for reflecting on and analysing his own feelings, but if he gets too caught up in another person’s plight, he can develop a sort of emotional hypochondria, seeing other people’s problems in himself, trying to fix something in himself that isn’t wrong. If he gets to a point where they are held back by limitations someone else is experiencing, it can hinder Sky's ability to see past the dilemma and be of any help at all. When this happens, it’s important for him to pull back and use that self-reflection to distinguish between what he really feels and what is a separate issue that needs to be looked at from another perspective. Sky is passionate altruists, sometimes even to a fault, and he is unlikely to be afraid to take the slings and arrows while standing up for the people and ideas he believes in. It is no wonder that Sky is cultural or political icon – he wants to lead the way to a brighter future, whether it’s by leading a nation to prosperity, or leading his little league softball team to a hard-fought victory.
Sky is tolerant, reliable, charismatic, altruistic, and a natural leader but also he is overly idealistic, selfless, sensitive, fluctuating self-esteem, and indecisive.
Sky is a true team player, and he recognizes that. This means listening to other peoples’ opinions, even when he contradicts his own. He admits he doesn’t have all the answers, and is often receptive to dissent, so long as it remains constructive. The one thing that galls Sky the most is the idea of letting down a person or cause he believes in. If it’s possible, Sky can always be counted on to see it through. Charm and popularity are qualities Sky has in spades. He instinctively knows how to capture an audience, and pick up on mood and motivation in ways that allows him to communicate with reason, emotion, passion, restraint – whatever the situation calls for. Talented imitator, Sky is able to shift his tone and manner to reflect the needs of the audience, while still maintaining his own voice. Uniting these qualities is Sky unyielding desire to do good in and for his community, be it in his own home or the global stage. Warm and selfless, Sky genuinely believes that if he can just bring people together, he can do a world of good. More than seeking authority himself, Sky often ends up in leadership roles at the request of others, cheered on by the many admirers of his strong personality and positive vision.
Sky can be caught off guard as he finds that, through circumstance or nature, or simple misunderstanding, people fight against him and defy the principles he's adopted, however well-intentioned they may be. He is more likely to feel pity for this opposition than anger, and can earn a reputation of naïveté. Sky can bury himself in his hopeful promises, feeling others’ problems as his own and striving hard to meet his words. If he isn't careful, he can spread himself too thin, and be left unable to help anyone. While receptive to criticism, seeing it as a tool for leading a better team, it’s easy for Sky to take it a little too much to heart. His sensitivity to others means that Sky sometimes feels problems that isn't his own and tries to fix things he can’t fix, worrying if he is doing enough. Sky defines his self-esteem by whether he is able to live up to his ideals, and sometimes asks for criticism more out of insecurity than out of confidence, always wondering what he could do better. If he fails to meet a goal or to help someone he said he'd help, his self-confidence will undoubtedly plummet. If caught between a rock and a hard place, Sky can be stricken with paralysis, imagining all the consequences of his actions, especially if those consequences are humanitarian.

Brandon is extraordinarily caring, social and popular person who is always eager to help.
Brandon is for lack of a better word and popularity. In high school, Brandon is the quarterback, setting the tone, taking the spotlight and leading his teams forward to victory and fame. Brandon continues to enjoy supporting his friends and loved ones, organizing social gatherings and doing his best to make sure everyone is happy.
Brandon is an altruists, and he takes seriously to help and to do the right thing. Unlike their He will base his moral compass on established traditions and laws, upholding authority and rules, rather than drawing his morality from philosophy or mysticism. It’s important for Brandon to remember though, that people come from many backgrounds and perspectives, and what may seem right to him isn’t always an absolute truth. Brandon loves to be of service, enjoying any role that allows him to participate in a meaningful way, so long as he knows that he is valued and appreciated. This is especially apparent at home, and Brandon makes loyal and devoted partners and parents. Brandon respects hierarchy, and does his best to position himself with some authority, at home and at work, which allows him to keep things clear, stable and organized for everyone. Supportive and outgoing, Brandon can always be spotted at a party – he’s the ones finding time to chat and laugh with everyone! But his devotion goes further than just breezing through because he has to. Brandon truly enjoy shearing about his friends’ relationships and activities, remembering little details and always standing ready to talk things out with warmth and sensitivity. If things isn’t going right, or there’s tension in the room, Brandon picks up on it and to try to restore harmony and stability to the group. Being pretty conflict-averse, Brandon spends a lot of their energy establishing social order, and prefer plans and organized events to open-ended activities or spontaneous get-togethers. He puts a lot of effort into the activities he’s arranged, and it’s easy for Brandon’ feelings to be hurt if his ideas are rejected, or if people just isn’t interested. Again, it’s important for Brandon to remembers that everyone is coming from a different place, and that disinterest isn’t a comment about him or the activity he’s organized – it’s just not his thing. Coming to terms with his sensitivity is Brandon's biggest challenge – people are going to disagree and they’re going to criticize, and while it hurts, it’s just a part of life. The best thing for Brandon to do is to do what he does best: be a role model, take care of what he have the power to take care of, and enjoy that so many people do appreciate the efforts he makes.
Brandon is practical, dutiful, loyal, sensitive, warm, and connective but also he is worried, inflexible, reluctant, vulnerable, needy, and selfless.
Brandon is an excellent manager of day-to-day tasks and routine maintenance, enjoying making sure that those who are close to him are well cared for. Brandon has a strong sense of responsibility and strive to meet his obligations, though this may sometimes be more from a sense of social expectations than intrinsic drive. Valuing stability and security very highly, Brandon is eager to preserve the status quo, which makes him extremely loyal and trustworthy partner and employee. Brandon is true pillar of any group he belongs to – whether it is his family or a community club, he can always be relied upon. Helping to ensure that stability, Brandon seeks harmony and cares deeply about other people’s feelings, being careful not to offend or hurt anybody. Brandon is strong team player, and win-win situations are the stuff smiles are made of. These qualities come together to make Brandon social, comfortable and well-liked. Brandon has a strong need to belong, and has no problem with small talk or following social cues in order to help them take an active role in his communities.
Brandon's preoccupation with social status and influence, which affects many decisions he makes, potentially limiting his creativity and open-mindedness. Brandon places a lot of importance on what is socially acceptable, and can be very cautious, even critical of anything unconventional or outside the mainstream. He may also sometimes push his own beliefs too hard in an effort to establish him as mainstream. Just as he can be critical of others’ unusual behaviour, Brandon may also be unwilling to step out of his own comfort zones, usually for fear of being different. It can be especially challenging to change these tendencies because Brandon is so conflict-averse. Brandon can become very defensive and hurt if someone, especially a person close to them, criticizes his habits, beliefs or traditions. Brandon needs to hear and see a great deal of appreciation. If his efforts goes unnoticed, Brandon may start fishing for compliments, in an attempt to get reassurance of how much he is valued. The other side of this is that Brandon sometimes tries to establish his values with doting attention, something that can quickly overwhelm those who don’t need it, making it ultimately unwelcome. Furthermore, Brandon often neglects his own needs in the process.

Riven is smart and curious thinker who cannot resist an intellectual challenge.
Riven is the ultimate devil’s advocate, thriving on the process of shredding arguments and beliefs and letting the ribbons drift in the wind for all to see. He doesn't do this because he is trying to achieve some deeper purpose or strategic goal, but for the simple reason that it’s fun. No one loves the process of mental sparring more than him, as it gives him a chance to exercise his effortlessly quick wit, broad accumulated knowledge base, and capacity for connecting disparate ideas to prove his points.
Taking a certain pleasure in being the underdog, Riven enjoys the mental exercise found in questioning the prevailing mode of thought, making him irreplaceable in reworking existing systems or shaking things up and pushing them in clever new directions. However, he’ll be miserable managing the day-to-day mechanics of actually implementing his suggestions. Riven loves to brainstorm and think big, but he will avoid getting caught doing the “grunt work” at all costs. Riven lets himself create original ideas, then step back to let more numerous and fastidious people handle the logistics of implementation and maintenance. Riven's capacity for debate can be a vexing one – while often appreciated when it’s called for, it can fall painfully flat when he steps on others’ toes by say, openly questioning their boss in a meeting, or picking apart everything his significant other says. This is further complicated by Riven unyielding honesty, as he doesn’t mince words and cares little about being seen as sensitive or compassionate. People get along well enough with people with Riven, but more sensitive people and society in general, are often conflict-averse, preferring feelings, comfort, and even white lies over unpleasant truths and hard rationality. This frustrates Riven, and he finds that his quarrelsome fun burns many bridges, oftentimes inadvertently, as he ploughs through others’ thresholds for having their beliefs questioned and their feelings brushed aside. Treating others as he’d be treated, Riven has little tolerance for being coddled, and dislikes when people beat around the bush, especially when asking a favour. Riven finds himself respected for his vision, confidence, knowledge, and keen sense of humour, but often struggle to utilize these qualities as the basis for deeper friendships and romantic relationships. Riven has a longer road than most in harnessing his natural abilities – his intellectual independence and free-form vision are tremendously valuable when he’s in charge, or at least has the ear of someone who is, but getting there can take a level of follow-through that Riven struggles with. Once he’s secured such a position, Riven need to remember that for his ideas to come to fruition, he will always depend on others to assemble the pieces – if he’s spent more time “winning” arguments than he has building consensus, Riven will find he simply doesn't have support necessary to be successful. Playing devil’s advocate so well, he may find that the most complex and rewarding intellectual challenge is to understand a more sentimental perspective, and to argue consideration and compromise alongside logic and progress.
Riven is knowledgeable, thoughtful, original, brainstorming, charismatic, and energetic but also he is very argumentative, insensitive, intolerant, unfocused, and impractical.
Riven rarely passes up a good opportunity to learn something new, especially abstract concepts. This information isn’t usually absorbed for any planned purpose as with dedicated studying, Riven just finds it fascinating. Riven has tremendously flexible minds, and is able to shift from idea to idea without effort, drawing on his accumulated knowledge to prove his points, or his opponents’, as he sees it. Having little attachment to tradition, Riven is able to discard existing systems and methods and pull together disparate ideas from his extensive knowledge base, with a little raw creativity to hold them together, to formulate bold new ideas. If presented with chronic, systemic problems and given rein to solve them, Riven responds with unabashed glee. Nothing is quite as enjoyable to Riven as analysing problems from every angle to find the best solutions. Combining his knowledge and originality to splay out every aspect of the subject at hand, rejecting without remorse options that don’t work and presenting ever more possibilities, Riven is irreplaceable in brainstorming sessions. Riven has a way with words and wit that others find intriguing. His confidence, quick thought and ability to connect disparate ideas in novel ways create a style of communication that is charming, even entertaining, and informative at the same time. When given a chance to combine these traits to examine an interesting problem, Riven can be truly impressive in his enthusiasm and energy, having no qualms with putting in long days and nights to find a solution.
If there’s anything Riven enjoys, it’s the mental exercise of debating an idea, and nothing is sacred. More consensus-oriented people rarely appreciate the vigour with which Riven tears down their beliefs and methods, leading to a great deal of tension. Being so rational, Riven often misjudge others feelings and push his debates well past others’ tolerance levels. He doesn’t really consider emotional points to be valid in such debates either, which magnifies the issue tremendously. Unless people are able to back up their ideas in a round of mental sparring, Riven is likely to dismiss not just the ideas but the people themselves. Either a suggestion can stand up to rational scrutiny or it’s not worth bothering with. The same flexibility that allows Riven to come up with such original plans and ideas makes him readapt perfectly good ones far too often, or to even drop them entirely as the initial excitement wanes and newer thoughts come along. Boredom comes too easily for Riven, and fresh thoughts are the solution, though not always a helpful one. Riven is interested in what could be – malleable concepts like ideas and plans that can be adapted and debated. When it comes to hard details and day-to-day execution where creative flair isn’t just unnecessary but actually counter-productive, Riven loses interest, often with the consequence of his plans never seeing the light of day.

Nabu is quiet and mystical, yet very inspiring and tireless idealist.
Nabu nonetheless leaves his mark on the world. Nabu has an inborn sense of idealism and morality, but what sets him apart is that he is not idle dreamers, but people capable of taking concrete steps to realize his goals and make a lasting positive impact. He tends to see helping others as his purpose in life, but while be found engaging rescue efforts and doing charity work, his real passion is to get to the heart of the issue so that people need not be rescued at all. Nabu indeed shares unique combination of traits: though soft-spoken, he has very strong opinions and will fight tirelessly for an idea they believe in. He is decisive and strong-willed, but will rarely use that energy for personal gain – Nabu will act with creativity, imagination, conviction and sensitivity not to create advantage, but to create balance. Egalitarianism and karma are very attractive ideas to Nabu, and he tends to believe that nothing would help the world so much as using love and compassion to soften the hearts of tyrants. Nabu finds it easy to make connections with others, and have a talent for warm, sensitive language, speaking in human terms, rather than with pure logic and fact. It makes sense that his friends and colleagues will come to think of him as quiet, but they would all do well to remember that Nabu needs time alone to decompress and recharge, and to not become too alarmed when he suddenly withdraws. Nabu takes great care of other’s feelings, and he expects the favour to be returned – sometimes that means giving them the space they need for a few days. Really though, it is most important for Nabu to remember to take care of themselves. The passion of his convictions is perfectly capable of carrying him past his breaking point and if their zeal gets out of hand, he can find themselves exhausted, unhealthy and stressed. This becomes especially apparent when Nabu finds himself up against conflict and criticism – his sensitivity forces himself to do everything he can to evade these seemingly personal attacks, but when the circumstances are unavoidable, he can fight back in highly irrational, unhelpful ways. To Nabu, the world is a place full of inequity – but it doesn’t have to be. No other person is better suited to create a movement to right a wrong, no matter how big or small. Nabu just needs to remember that while he’s busy taking care of the world, he needs to take care of himself, too.
Nabu is creative, insightful, inspiring, convincing, decisive, determined, passionate, and altruistic but also he is sensitive, private, perfectionistic, causable, and introspective.
Combining a vivid imagination with a strong sense of compassion, Nabu uses his creativity to resolve not technical challenges, but human ones. Nabu enjoys finding the perfect solution for someone he cares about, and this strength makes him excellent counsellor and advisor. Seeing through dishonesty and disingenuous motives, Nabu steps past manipulation and sales tactics and into a more honest discussion. Nabu sees how people and events are connected, and is able to use that insight to get to the heart of the matter. Speaking in human terms, not technical, Nabu has a fluid, inspirational writing style that appeals to the inner idealist in his audience. Nabu can even be astonishingly good orator, speaking with warmth and passion, if he is proud of what he is speaking for. His creativity, insight and inspiration are able to have a real impact on the world, as Nabu is able to follow through on his ideas with conviction, willpower, and the planning necessary to see complex projects through to the end. Nabu doesn’t just see the way things ought to be, he acts on those insights. When Nabu comes to believe that something is important, he pursues that goal with a conviction and energy that can catch even his friends and loved ones off guard. Nabu will rock the boat if he has to, something not everyone likes to see, but his passion for his chosen cause is an inseparable part of his personality. These strengths are used for good. Nabu has strong beliefs and takes the actions that he does not because he is trying to advance himself, but because he is trying to advance an idea that he truly believes will make the world a better place.
When someone challenges or criticizes Nabu's principles or values, he is likely to receive an alarmingly strong response. Nabu is highly vulnerable to criticism and conflict, and questioning his motives is the quickest way to his bad side. Nabu tends to present himself as the culmination of an idea. This is partly because he believes in this idea, but also because Nabu is extremely private when it comes to his personal lives, using this image to keep himself from having to truly open up, even to close friends. Trusting a new friend can be even more challenging for Nabu. Nabu is all but defined by his pursuit of ideals. While this is a wonderful quality in many ways, an ideal situation is not always possible – in politics, in business, in romance – and Nabu, too often drops or ignores healthy and productive situations and relationships, always believing there might be a better option down the road. He gets so caught up in the passion of his pursuits that any of the cumbersome administrative or maintenance work that comes between him and the ideal he sees on the horizon is deeply unwelcome. Nabu likes to know that he is taking concrete steps towards his goals, and if routine tasks feel like they are getting in the way, or worse yet, there is no goal at all, he will feel restless and disappointed. His passion, poor patience for routine maintenance, tendency to present himself as an ideal, and extreme privacy tends to leave Nabu with few options for letting off steam. Nabu is likely to exhaust himself in short order if he doesn’t find a way to balance his ideals with the realities of day-to-day living.
Timmy is an innovative inventor with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
Timmy prides himself on his inventiveness and creativity, his unique perspective and vigorous intellect. He is known as the philosopher, the architect, or the dreamy professor, He has been responsible for many scientific discoveries throughout history.
He may appear to drift about in an unending daydream, but Timmy's thought process is unceasing, and their minds buzz with ideas from the moment he wakes up. This constant thinking can have the effect of making him look pensive and detached, as he is often conducting full-fledged debates in his own heads, but really Timmy is quite relaxed and friendly when he is people he knows or who shares his interests. However, this can be replaced by overwhelming shyness when Timmy is among unfamiliar faces, and friendly banter can quickly become combative if he believes his logical conclusions or theories are being criticized. When Timmy is particularly excited, the conversation can border on incoherence as he tries to explain the daisy-chain of logical conclusions that led to the formation of his latest idea. Oftentimes, Timmy will opt to simply move on from a topic before it’s ever understood what he was trying to say, rather than try to lay things out in plain terms. The reverse can also be true when people explain their thought processes to Timmy in terms of subjectivity and feeling. Imagine an immensely complicated clockwork, taking in every fact and idea possible, processing him with a heavy dose of creative reasoning and returning the most logically sound results available – this is how Timmy's minds work, and he has little tolerance for an emotional monkey-wrench jamming it's machines. Further, Timmy is unlikely to understand emotional complaints at all, and his friends won’t find a bedrock of emotional support in them. Timmy would much rather make a series of logical suggestions for how to resolve the underlying issue, a perspective that is not always welcomed by their more sensitive companions. This will likely extend to most social conventions and goals as well, like planning dinners and getting married, as Timmy is far more concerned with originality and efficient results. The one thing that really holds Timmy back is his restless and pervasive fear of failure. Timmy is so prone to reassessing his own thoughts and theories, worrying that he’s missed some critical piece of the puzzle, that he can stagnate, lost in an intangible world where his thoughts are never truly applied. Overcoming this self-doubt stands as the greatest challenge Timmy is likely to face, but the intellectual gifts – big and small – bestowed on the world when they do makes it worth the fight.
Timmy is analytical, abstract, imaginative, original, open-minded, enthusiastic, objective, honest, and straightforward but also he is private, withdrawn, insensitive, absent-minded, condescending, spontaneous and opinionated.
Timmy views the world as a big, complex machine, and recognizes that as with any machine, all parts are interrelated. Timmy excels in analysing these connections, seeing how seemingly unrelated factors tie in with each other in ways. These connections are the product of an unrelenting imagination – Timmy's ideas may seem counter-intuitive at a glance, and may never even see the light of day, but he will always prove remarkable innovations. Timmy couldn’t make these connections if he thought he knew it all – he is highly receptive to alternate theories, so long as he's supported by logic and facts. In more subjective matters like social norms and traditions, Timmy is usually fairly liberal, with a "none of my business” sort of attitude – peoples’ ideas are what matter. When a new idea piques his interests, Timmy can be very enthusiastic – he is reserved, but if another person shares an interest, he can be downright excited about discussing it. More likely though, the only outward evidence of this enthusiasm will be Timmy's silent pacing or his staring into the distance. Timmy's analysis, creativity and open-mindedness aren’t the tools of some quest for ideology or emotional validation. Rather, it’s as though he is a conduit for the truths around them, so far as he can be expressed, and he is proud of this role as theoretical mediator. To know one thing and say another would be terribly disingenuous – Timmy doesn’t often go around intentionally hurting feelings, but he believes that the truth is the most important factor, and he expects that to be appreciated and reciprocated.
While Timmy’s intellectualism yields many insights into his surroundings, his surroundings is ironically considered an intrusion on his thoughts. This is especially true with people – Timmy is quite shy in social settings. More complicated situations such as parties exacerbate this, but even close friends struggle to get into Timmy's hearts and minds. Oftentimes Timmy gets so caught up in his logic that he forgets any kind of emotional consideration – he dismiss subjectivity as irrational and tradition as an attempt to bar much-needed progress. Purely emotional situations are often utterly puzzling to Timmy, and his lack of timely sympathy can easily offend. When Timmy's interest is captured, his absence goes beyond social matters to include the rest of the physical world. Timmy becomes forgetful, missing even the obvious if it’s unrelated to his current infatuation, and he can even forget his own health, skipping meals and sleep as he muses. Attempts at connecting with others are often worse than Timmy's withdrawal. Timmy takes pride in his knowledge and rationale, and enjoys sharing his ideas, but in trying to explain how he got from A to B to Z, he can get frustrated, sometimes simplifying things to the point of insult as he struggles to gauge his conversation partners’ perspective. The ultimate insult comes as Timmy gives up with a dismissive “never mind”. These social struggles are partly a product of Timmy's desires to bypass the rules, of social conduct and otherwise. While this attitude helps Timmy's strength of unconventional creativity, it also causes him to reinvent the wheel constantly and to shun security in favour of autonomy in ways that can compromise both. Timmy remains so open to new information that he often never commits to a decision at all. This applies to his own skills as well – Timmy knows that as he practices, he improves, and any work he does is second-best to what he could do. Unable to settle for this, Timmy sometimes delays his output indefinitely with constant revisions, sometimes even quitting before they ever begin.

Helia is a flexible and charming artist, who is always ready to explore and experience something new.
Helia is true artists, but not necessarily in the typical sense where he’s out painting happy little trees. Often enough though, he is perfectly capable of this. Rather, it’s that he uses aesthetics, design and even his choices and actions to push the limits of social convention. Adventurers enjoy upsetting traditional expectations with experiments in beauty and behaviour – chances are, he’s expressed more than once.
Helia lives in a colourful, sensual world, inspired by connections with people and ideas. He takes joy in reinterpreting these connections, reinventing and experimenting with both himself and new perspectives. No other type explores and experiments in this way more. This creates a sense of spontaneity, making Helia seem unpredictable, even to his close friends and loved ones. Despite all this, surprising his friends further when he steps out of the spotlight to be by himself. Just because he is alone though, doesn’t mean Helia sits sit idle – he takes this time for introspection, assessing his principles. Rather than dwelling on the past or the future, Helia thinks about who he is. He returns from his cloister, transformed. Helia lives to find ways to push his passions. Riskier behaviours like gambling and extreme sports are more common with Helia. Fortunately his atonement to the moment and his environment allows him to do better than most. Helia also enjoys connecting with others, and has a certain irresistible charm. However, if a criticism does get through, it can end poorly. Helia can handle kindly phrased commentary, valuing it as another perspective to help push his passions in new directions. But if the comments are more biting and less mature, Helia can lose his tempers in spectacular fashion. Helia is sensitive to others’ feelings and values harmony. When faced with criticism, it can be a challenge for him to step away from the moment long enough to not get caught up in the heat of the moment. But living in the moment goes both ways, and once the heightened emotions of an argument cool, Helia can usually call the past the past and move on as though it never occurred. The biggest challenge facing Helia is planning for the future. Finding constructive ideals to base his goals on and working out goals that create positive principles is no small task. Helia doesn't plan his futures in terms of assets and retirement. Rather, he plans actions and behaviours as contributions to a sense of identity, building a portfolio of experiences, not stocks. If these goals and principles are noble, Helia can act with amazing charity and selflessness. It’s important for Helia to remember to actively become the person he wants to be. Developing and maintaining a new habit may not come naturally, but taking the time each day to understand his motivations allows Helia to use his strengths to pursue whatever he’s come to love.
Helia is charming, sensitive, imaginative, passionate, curious, and artistic but also he is independent, unpredictable, easily stressed, competitive, and fluctuating self-esteem.
Helia is relaxed and warm, and his “live and let live” attitude naturally makes him likable and popular. Helia easily relates to others’ emotions, helping him to establish harmony and good will, and minimize conflict. Being so aware of others’ emotions, Helia uses creativity and insight to craft bold ideas that speak to people’s hearts. While it’s hard to explain this quality on a resume, this vivid imagination and exploratory spirit helps Helia in unexpected ways. Beneath Helia's quiet shyness beats an intensely feeling heart. When he is caught up in something exciting and interesting, he can leave everything else in the dust. Ideas are well and good, but Helia needs to see and explore for himself whether his ideas ring true. Work revolving around the sciences may seem a poor match for his traits, but a boldly artistic and humanistic vision is often exactly what research needs to move forward – if Helia is given the freedom they need to do so. Helia is able to show his creativity in tangible ways and with stunning beauty. Whether writing a song, painting an emotion, or presenting a statistic in a graph, Helia has a way of visualizing things that resonates with his audience.
Freedom of expression is often Helia's top priority. Anything that interferes with that, like traditions and hard rules, creates a sense of oppression for Helia. This can make more rigidly structured academics and work a challenge. Helia dislikes long-term commitments and plans. The tendency to actively avoids planning for the future can cause strain in Helia's romantic relationships and financial hardship later in life. Helia lives in the present, full of emotion. When situations get out of control, he can shut down, losing his characteristic charm and creativity in favour of gnashing teeth. Helia can escalate small things into intense competitions, turning down long-term success in his search for glory in the moment, and is unhappy when he loses. It’s demanded that skills be quantified, but that’s hard to do with Helia's strengths of sensitivity and artistry. Helia's efforts are often dismissed, a hurtful and damaging blow, especially early in life. Helia can start to believe the naysayers without strong support.
