The Next Best Book Club discussion

I need help, I am trying to seek for one of the best books of fantasy (all time), however I don't like the Cliché, the ones that have a battle between good and evil, and the good wins always. I want plot twists, unpredictability, books that catch my attention since the first to the last word. And make me always have questions and theorys.
P.S- I am not interesting in game of thrones
