I think Nick handled the situations with his brother exactly the way he should. Steve was not a kid. He's a grown man. I thought he handled discussions with Nick immaturely. Especially due to the fact that Nick was there to help him.
Steve was behaving very childishly and Nick handled it as well as could be expected given his brother's attitude and constant lies.
Agreed. Steve was very irritating in his childish behavior. It took me a while to see that Nick was not as old as I first thought.
It was a surprise to learn Nick was the younger brother. Steve behaved ridiculously and his irritation with Nick was irrational. Nick displayed a lot more patience than I would have.
I think Nick handled himself quite well and I'm not sure he could have done anything differently. Steve was going to lie no matter what. Karen is right.. Steve is a grown man and he was the one who handled himself and his interactions with Nick in an immature way.
I agree with everyone. I was shocked that Nick is the younger brother. Really immature and yet I also wondered what was going on with him to cause it. I don't see anything Nick could have done differently. And to think that at one time, Steve was Nick's "hero".
Steve developed PTSD and got stuck in his development. The war changed him and he never got treated. He’s such a sad case.
