Zoe is a free spirit with unconventional approaches to how she lives, what she wears and how she looks. What did you make of her? Do you think you could have accepted her unconditionally as a friend?

I think she’s pretty cool. I liked the whole goth aspect of her personality. It is different and interesting. I could accept her. The only thing I wasn’t sure on was she has a bat shaped coffee table lol.

I am slow to approach people and with people who are unconventional I tend to fall back on my southern manners and am polite, but not much more. There is a Steampunk couple who recently joined my church and I have gone out of my way to shed my polite shell and get to know them. I want to think I could have been friends with Zoe.

I’ve never gotten the whole goth thing but I had several friends who were into it when I was in high school. Plus, I’ve always been drawn to free spirits and those that buck the norms. The result was a really great eclectic group of friends. I would have loved Zoe.

I would have liked more detail on that whole storyline. Was she goth practicing law? Why did she leave the profession?

She was Goth while practicing Family Law, but she toned it down. I don't think it was ever spelled out why she left her law practice.
