Debbie, thanks for signing up to participate in the Read-A-Palozza. Don't forget to report the number of pages you've read each week.

We had a huge Fire Dept. event Friday night and that took up a good part of last week and these old bones were pooped all weekend and I forgot all about this challenge.
It was a great weekend though and it was a really good fund raiser to make a payment on our new rescue truck.
We had a cruise around town and there were 2 live bands. We also did a chicken BBQ. It was so cool to see the streets of our little town packed. If you check out our face book page...Clearfield Fire Dept...there's a picture of one of the guys and I with the old rescue and another group picture of the new rescue and a group of us.
We are at the end of the 4th week into the Read-A-Palooza, and the total is an amazing 175,289.
Now the hard part is going to be keeping up the momentum!

and don't forget to report how many pages you've read.

We are beginning the 5th week of our Read-A-Palooza and we have more than doubled the original goal. Thanks you so much for helping. Shall we keep going?
I think we should go on with this challenge, I am remembering to post. I am pleased with my page count, although I'm envious of how much others are reading.
I still work full time and I'm always running to the Fire Dept. to do something. I'm the president, so that keeps me busy. Sunday the treasurer and I were doing some paper work and the community pool called to see if see is we would bring the aerial truck to restring their flag pole and on the way back to quarters we were called for a medical lift assist at the hospital, so instead of about an hour at the station it turned into three hours......really cuts into my reading time, but it's all good. That was all in the afternoon after Sunday school, church and a pot luck dinner.
We're barely into Week 7 and we've reached 300,000! I'm excited to see what we can accomplish in the next 4 1/2 weeks.
Our grand total tonight is 507,259. We have 20 days left of this challenge. Can we reach 550,000 pages?
