Edwin (edmandu) | 241 comments He self-publishes a book every month or two and they all seem to be very popular on the Amazon Westerns best seller list. His latest Return to Hardeman County, is currently #1. Any C.J. Petit fans out there? Why do his books have such amazing appeal?

Tim (timi2u) | 67 comments I’ve seen them available on kindle unlimited, but haven’t picked one up yet, might give his books a try now that I’m back in the saddle so to speak.

Frank Kelso (frank_kelso) | 42 comments C.J. Petit writes feel-good, HEA stories with a Moral about good over evil, and how doing the right thing pays in the end. His books often have a long ending that tells how the central characters continued in life with children and success.
C.J.'s early books suffered from typos and lack of editing. His story-telling has gained skill as has his proofreading. They are quick, easy reads without complex plots for the most part.
I think C.J.'s book appeal is the reader leaves feeling good/happy and pleased that good/right triumphed.
