I'm thinking of getting my own copy of the Mueller Report and reading it on my vacation. B&N has it in ebook for free, but it's not easy to read it on my Nook. I might also sample the writings of more of the Presidential candidates (so far I've read Buttigieg's and Harris's books). Or poetry, maybe Whitman or Dickinson (I took a class in grad school on just the two of them). Or maybe just binge on cozy mysteries. :)
I'm finally going to go through the Cormac McCarthy Border Trilogy, starting with All the Pretty Horses. Perhaps not exactly a beach read, but it is for me.
I am taking the Darkest Minds with me to the pool - I bought it so I don't have to worry about paying for a library book. My last one got damaged and I was sad I have to pay for it.

Tell us your vacation book choice!
I'm still debating on mine. I think I might do Carols and Chaos by Cindy Anstey. Regency romance? Perfect for a vacation. And it's set during Christmas so I can dream about snow while I melt in the heat.
