An brainy look at diasporas. To date I still haven't read a book which tackled the subject so well.

I gave this book 4 stars! Hallelujah! I'm reading the books in chronological order. This is the 5th book and the first that I have really enjoyed! I have never read anything by Linda Grant before and really enjoyed her writing. I don't know much about Palestine either, so this was something very different for me. I feel that this is a novel that will stay with me, unlike it's predecessors (in the prize) and I look forward to reading more by Linda Grant.
