So, the reasoning behind this book is that one of our contributors put up a review of the movie Odd Thomas which went up on Netflix. This prompted me to check it out--it was a lot of fun. Upon further investigation, Koontz's most recent installment in the series was in the running for best horror of 2013 and with Halloween around the corner, I thought it would be fun to read a horror themed novel.
