You’ve read quite a few, Deborah. Did you not like Red Clocks & Vox or were they just not your favorites. I’m considering reading The Consuming Fire. It is currently on sale through Audible. I remember that I liked The Collapsing Empire, but I don’t think I remember enough about it to read the second. I wonder if it’s worth a reread?
This is definitely not a genre that I gravitate to, but when I read a few for a challenge I always enjoy them. I have only read Red Rising, but want to continue with the series.
I just finished Vox and rated it 5 stars. I will comment more on its thread.
I am reading Red Clocks now and it is a struggle, but will comment more on its thread.
I haven't started the Red Rising series yet. I keep meaning to, but never get around to it.
The other ones I'm interested in are second in series: Vengeful, Head On, & The Consuming Fire. I feel like I should reread the first books for all of them though.
Vicki - I thought Red Clocks looked interesting, but I've noticed the ratings are all over the place. I'll have to check out the comments in the thread. I've noticed the ratings for Vox are all over the place too. I'm sure part of it is that the subject matter for both books is a hot topic.

I gave them both 3 stars, but I didn't really like either one very much. I really liked comsuming fire, collapsing empire was slow at first, but got better. I can't help there, I never reread.

I probably will wait until the third one is published. I wonder how many books there will be in the series. Is the third one meant to wrap it up or are there supposed to be more?

That'd be great! I'll wait until it's closer and try to do the three close together. It's the only way I'll remember the details!
