Mystery Man question

Hello I have tried everything to find this book series I read as a young teenager and my memory must be failing me because everything I type into Google returns no result.

I remember I had about 5 books in a series that revolved around a teenager who would get stuck living the same day over and over (a la groundhogs day) until he solved the mystery of that particular book. I read these books in the late 90s early 2000s. I don’t remember much else other than what I mentioned above. Thanks for the help!
