Romance Readers Reading Challenges discussion

Help! Any suggestions for steamy romances that feature a language barrier or just two people from vastly different cultures? No YA please!

actually i'd recommend Tall, Tatted and Tempting its listed as NA/YA/Adult. They're twenty-somethings with jobs etc. (No school scenes,, teens raising themselves, etc). He's poor & deaf working in the family tattoo shop. She's dyslexic with a secret busking for change in the subway.
