First: Castiel is an angel of the lord and sexuality doesn't matter to him. of course, there's possibly a ship that's also Castiel that I don't know about.

Second: Pernico? its Solangelo that's canon

Third: Damian Wayne is 13 in current canon. Tim Drake is approximately 6 years older than Damian so 19. Jason Todd is approximately two years older than Tim so 21. Dick is approximately 8-10 years older than Jason so between 29 to 31. I've read too many comics and done the math.

Destiel is canon enough. did you know Cass' heaven was going to be pictures of Dean everywhere but the script writers changed it because they didn't want the show becoming something it wasn't aka focused on Dean and Cass' romantic relationship, but they're always dropping hints amd subtext. and you can't forget Dean's unique reaction at the end of s12. he's seen Sam die plenty of times, but Cass was a completely different story.
