I am pleased to announce that a request made in jest has been granted in the form of the appointment of Nathan as First Tiger / Co-Moderator alongside Lincoln and myself. He’s been a great addition both within the group and behind the scenes for quite a while now, so it’s nice to finally make it official.



TIME TRAVEL BOOK CLUB
• OCTOBER: We will be reading the time travel romance Somewhere in Time by Richard Matheson. This one has a movie tie in starring Christopher Reeve. Part of Nathan’s initiation is to host this one for us. He says that, in his readings so far, the time traveler seems to border on being a stalker. I’m guessing this one should be interesting to discuss.

• NOVEMBER: We will be reading The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August

•DECEMBER: We will finally be reading Replay which is a repeat read for many of us but well worth it. If you don’t already have it, you might want to go ahead and order it because it’s not available as an ebook.

•STARTING IN JANUARY we will begin tackling some short stories at a rate of 1 per week. We've changed our minds on which book we're going to be reading from, opting for one with more big-name science fiction authors contributing: The Time Traveler's Almanac. Stay tuned for more details.
