This is our official discussion for October 2014. I'm looking forward to the read and everyone's comments.

I'm joining the group late and was hoping to catch up with the discussion. I don't see any comments yet, so I'm guessing I'm not that late after all?
I just finished the book earlier this week. A great look at the many ways we can reinvent who we are and what we do. I especially liked the inclusion of practical applications in each chapter. Will be posting a review soon.
I've been enjoying the whole book. Its nice to hear some unique examples. I'm reading right now about reinventing operations. Josh makes a really good point about how there is a tendency to want to always innovate and reinvent our products but we don't think enough about processes and operations.
FYI, I've posted my review of this here on GoodReads:https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I posted the same review on Amazon.
Thanks!
I've read a lot of books about company culture but never have I ever heard it so easily and simply described as a process of creating rituals. Love that.
Just started reading the book. I have read several books about reinvention and corporate culture and what it takes to be successful as a small business. So far, this is an interesting update on the subject.
Jacob wrote: "I've read a lot of books about company culture but never have I ever heard it so easily and simply described as a process of creating rituals. Love that."Linkner's argument aligns with my company's approach to culture, building and leveraging keystone habits. Reminds me of Duhigg's book on habits.
