Squeee!! I read this and OHMYGOSH, it's absolutely amazing and I can't wait to talk about this with the group!

I'm just 27% in and I absolutely adore this story. Gah, I love the characters - I kinda just met Laney - I LOVE her, I can feel she's going to most likely be my favorite little spit-fire-female-badass character. I can't wait to see where this wonderful group of interesting characters go. Oh and I love Hex already, hopefully there won't be a *ahem* Manchee *ahem* scenario with him ;n;

I finished it late last night.

WOW! It was awesome!

Also, I got so in to the story that, when I heard a noise outside while I was reading, I half expected to have a witch gang break in any second!

Hex and Laney are my two newest fav characters!!

I'm so happy to hear you guys are loving this series too!!!

And, haha Victoria! Hopefully no witch gangs are around. ;)

I started reading Brew the other day!! So good so far!!

I LOVE Laney--guess what Kynndra? In Boil, we get Laney's POV!!! And it was so flawless, David did it perfectly :)

Okay let me know when you all get to the "secret password." And please don't tell anyone else what it is, or it ruins it ;)

So far so good... At least, my neighbours and I seem to have avoided being attacked by them anyway. So, either there aren't any around, or they've skipped us for some reason. Since I doubt the latter would happen if there were any around, I guess it must be the former. Haha!

I so want a dog like Hex! He's officially my favourite fictional dog!

Not just because of what he can do, but also because he's so full of personality, and really funny sometimes.

Going to start this tonight! I have about 4 books on the go at the moment but I NEED to read this haha.

I'm 67% in and all I can say is that this is honestly way better than I ever hoped. I knew it was going to be good, but holy smokes. I love, LOVE this novel so very much.

(view spoiler)[There is a scene where the field of sunflower is dead due to the loss of magic, and Hex (amazing, hilarious, heartwarming Hex) walks through said field and the flowers he comes in contact with are brought back to life and honestly I don't know why, but that scene hits me right in the feels. It's so beautiful, probably one of my favorites scenes I've ever experienced in a book. I'm a goober ;n; (hide spoiler)]

And I love the scene you mentioned too; so beautiful!

No, maybe not the farting itself, although that part was kinda funny.

I also agree. Hex completely sold me on this story. But I have to say, aside from the floating and glowing, he is very, very much like my own RL German Shepherd. So, ya know.... weak spot. :p

I love Hex so much and I dont have a German Shepherd. I can't even imagine how much love and pride you must be feeling, Kate!? I bet you keep hugging on your own "Hex"!! ;)

I'm usually more of a small dog person. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against larger dogs as such, but I prfer little dogs. Hex is still my favourite fictional dog though; even though he's a large breed!

Just started it tonight.
You know, in terms of personality, Rhett resembles me a little. Caring, book blogging, shying away from violence. 5% through. Can't wait to get through more.
