Um, I have no idea what to put here... So, um, yeah.

Here's a few of the terrible poems I've written this year...

I Am Fine

Eyes that are the colour of the sea
All mine, I wish, he could be
His smiles and laughs cannot compare
Everyone else just seems so bare

I see his hair flop in his eyes
I feel my heart fall, then re-rise
His sarcasm and fun make me fall apart
Like a dart board and a flying dart

But as she comes around the corner
I feel so sad, I am a mourner
Cause they will be together forever
And we will be together for never

I will grow old, all lonely inside
Cause he took me on an amazing ride
That I, I’m sure, will never forget
But my decision I will not regret

Because my choice to stay by his side
Will haunt me, no matter where I hide
I’ll love him always, I know this for sure
No matter how loud I hear her roar

Cause in my thoughts, he will always be mine
And with this fact, I believe I am fine

Eyes glazed over, the stars above
Sending the fallen all their love
“The stars, my lady, I see them shine”
She takes a breath, her final line

A small group gathered, and shed a tear
As their good friend passed, without a fear
She was so moral, so brave and true
The one that killed, they did not know who

But all they knew, was the murder would pay
They would be haunted till their final day
The enemy backed, with a final glance
Leapt off the mountain, with a prance

But they would be found, someday soon
And tortured they’ll be, from dawn till noon
Forever after, she’ll haunt their home
The fallen huntress, free to roam

I Am A Fighter

“Perfect” they said, taunting and screaming
Setting me up, planning and scheming
“Be more like them, stop joking around”
“Shut up, stop talking, don’t make a sound”

They don’t know about the attack
So they talk behind my back
Stupid, dumb, lazy and careless
They think I don’t hear, but I’m a mess

Embarrassing, small, dull and worthless
They don’t know what I’m going through
Boring, naïve, irritating, a jerk
They all talk when I don’t show for work

But they don’t know how close I am
I fail at school, no matter how I cram
One thing, could take me over the edge
I could just jump off this ledge

But I won’t. I will continue on
I won’t falter, I will stay strong
I will survive, I will hold on tighter
Because I will always be a fighter
