Sure, I'm gonna have them meet while she's running through the woods from the camp :p Argent panted as she ran through the woods, her eyes teary as she did. She wiped her eyes with her sleeve and continued running, her vision going fussy. She was stumbling along roots and sticks that were in her path but stayed up.

Kaden walked with his family through the woods. His mother and two sisters. Him constantly looking over his shoulder to make sure no one was following. He froze when he heard someone coming, he quickly hid them in the brush and himself behind a tree. Gripping the knife he had taken from one of the officers.

Argent tripped over a root and hit the ground. She coughed heavily as she laid there, her coughing deep with congestion. She cried softly and curled up into a ball, shivering slightly.
Kaden heard someone hit the ground and he looked around the tree, as he heard someone crying. He saw a girl laying and his eyes widened. He didn't hesitate as he quickly moved from his hiding spot and went over to her side. Seeing her shaking he pulled off his coat and put it over her.
"Do you need any help Ms?" He asked gently.

Argent looked up at him, her body rigid in fear. She continued shaking and crying. "D-don't let them find me and take me back....I-I don't wanna go back there..." She whimpered, her eyes wide.
Kaden looked into her frightened eyes and knew exactly what she meant. He looked back at his family, seeing them looking over the bushes with wide eyes filled with the same. He wasn't going to let it happen to them again,and somehow he wanted to protect this girl too. He shook his head as he looked back over to her.
"I wont let them." He said softly. "I promise they wont get you. "Come with us. "You'll be safe."

She nodded slowly and continued crying silently. Her body was very thin and frail. Her face was sunken in with circles under her eyes and tear streaks. Her eyes were red from crying and lack of sleep. The clothes she had on was way to big and they were almost falling off her body.
He reached down and helped her to her feet.
"Come." He said gently. "You look starved, we'll get you some food, and we'll rest here for a few hours." He looked over her, seeing how weak and frail she was. Much like him and his family. But it seemed as though she was more so. He felt a need to help her.

She stop up and continued shaking, biting her lip harder.
"It's okay." He said gently, tentatively taking her hand.
She squeezed his hand and bit her lip when she heard dogs barking and german yelling. She trembled more. "N-no...."
His eyes widened as he heard it.
"Alright hold on tight." He lifted her into his arms and ran over to his family nodding his head. His mother nodded as they started running father into the woods.

Argent trembled and cried silently. "No....no..no..no" she kept mumbling and held ont him tightly.
"Ssshhh." He cooed to her. Holding her close to his chest as they ran further in. "It's okay. "They wont harm you again."
She shook her head. "T-they will...they'll find me and hurt me again..."
"I wont let it happen." He said looking down at her. "Trust me." He looked back up as they came to a thick lining of trees. He turned, his family following behind as they hid in the brush again. Watching as the dogs and Germans ran angrily passed.
Argent trembled and held onto him tighter, burying her face into his chest. She gripped his shirt tightly and held her breath as they ran by.
Kaden held his breath as he watched them run. They waited until they couldn't hear nor see them anymore. He let out his breath and looked over at his mother and sisters.
"We need rest, Kaden." His mother said. Stroking his littlest sisters dirty blonde hair. He took a deep breath and nodded.
"We will here." He said quietly. "I doubt they will come back this way."

Argents head was buried into his chest the entire time. Her eyes were closed and she was trying to calm down, shivering.
"Lily." He said to his other sister. "Go gather wood for a fire. "But be careful alright." She nodded her head and took off to do it. He stood up from there hiding spot and come out into the open. He looked down at her and set her down gently, sitting beside her. "What's your name Ms?" he asked gently.
Argent looked up at him worriedly. "I-it's Argent..." She whispered.
"It's nice to meet you. Argent." He said smiling slightly. "I'm Kaden."
Argent nodded and looked down at her lap, still trembling.
"Are you cold?" He asked. He turned around for a moment and rifled through there bag. He pulled out a blanket and wrapped it around her.
Argent hugged the blanket close. "I-I'm sorry..." She whimpered.
"There's no need to apologize." He said shaking his head.
She nodded and bit her lip, leaning against him.
Lily came back with an armful of wood and set them down in the middle.
"Good job." Kaden stood up and walked over. Pulling book of matches out of his pocket. He arranged the sticks around a bit, before he lit the match and started the fire. "Now lets get some food." His mother nodded and started taking some food out. Kaden went back and sat next to Argent.

"We have plenty of food." He said looking over at her. "You should eat something. "You don't have to eat a lot."
She shook her head. "It's your food, it's not right for me to take it..." She whispered.
"Your with us now." He said smiling softly. "It's your food now too."
She bit her lip and nodded.
