Ruthanne How did you feel about all the hate "Crossed" was getting? Was it tough hearing all the things people said?

message 3: by Daniela (new)

Daniela Hello Ally! loved the Matched series! hope to read Atlantia soon and I can't help but compare both stories. I see both girls trying to choose their own destinies no matter the cost. So what new elements do you think we will be discovering? (without giving too much away of course)

message 4: by Grace (new)

Grace I was wondering how you came up with the idea for Matched?

message 5: by Alessandra (new)

Alessandra How do you write with such beautiful, poetic writing? How do you weave poetry into writing? I loved how the Matched series wasn't rushed, but had a soothing effect on me, it was amazing.

message 6: by Kat (new)

Kat What was your inspiration behind the matched trilogy?

message 7: by Hailey (new)

Hailey Vandam What was your inspiration

message 8: by Sara (new)

Sara What were some of your biggest struggles while writing the Matched Trilogy? and what were the reactions you expected form the readers? Do you think it could turn into a movie?

message 9: by Tove (last edited Oct 19, 2014 08:49AM) (new) - added it

Tove Even though it doesn't say in the book, did you decide who wins the voting at the end of Reached? And if you can tell us, who?

message 10: by Little Sarah (new) - added it

Little Sarah In Matched the Society was really a dystopian world disguised as a Utopia. In your new book, is the city of Atlantia the same way? Or is that too spoilery of a question?

message 11: by Little Sarah (new) - added it

Little Sarah This is kind of a crazy question, but out of all the wars in American history, which one do you know the most about and why?

message 12: by Little Sarah (new) - added it

Little Sarah This may sound strange, but do you have any food allergies?

message 13: by Maya (new)

Maya Corona Ok, this is completely random, but what is the most inspiring and amazing book you have ever read in your lifetime?? Im curious to see from an author's point of view....

message 14: by Maya (new)

Maya Corona Amanda wrote: "Are you worried about the Ebola outbreak?"

If I were her, I wouldn't be. There have been several people in America to catch this disease, only one of which who has died. Ebola has been around for a while now, so it isn't an "outbreak", just another story the media is trying to doll up. In my opinion, there are more pressing matters, such as cancer, currently killing thousands every day, or our president, who has no idea how to lead a nation.
