Believe the hype. Beautiful story about the witch Circe, starts in the court of the Greek god Helios, with a cast other gods, Nymphs and Odysseus. A little slow at the midle, but a great read.

Agreed. Also worth reading her first book, The Song of Achilles.

Have heard great things about Circe, so will also have to add it to my 2020 list. thanks for the endorsements.
