Boro Grove is an enchanted flowery orchard. If one was to go this place, they must have some spell, protection, or at least a cloth to cover their nose to remain impervious to the enchanting smell of some of the flowers. If one was to be affected by the fragrance, they would get lost in this grove and be mesmerized for a period of time, as if in some kind of trance, before gradually turning into a tree.

A tall figure stood in the middle of the groove. He was still, too still. He was wearing crimson trousers and a white button down shirt with a dark red waistcoat with black flower patterns on it. His hair was fair and shaggy, as if he had just woken up. He was also wearing a hat on his head, a top hat, mostly to hide his rabbit ears. He also wore a mask, which covered his mouth and nose. He was Warren Ray Peters. The White Rabbit. The Assassin. And he was on a mission, an assignment given to him by the Red Organization. He was going to kill the White Princess. He had the tools he needed. A small, yet sharp, curved dagger, which as hidden in his sleeve.

Farrah took another relaxing stroll as usual around the palace but somehow ended up in a garden full of beautiful flowers. It was late into the evening yet here she was, admiring the beauty of the garden in the light of the moon, painting everything in a silver shade.
I never knew that there was a garden hidden here.
She grinned delightedly at her discovery and rushed to a patch of roses, lifting one to her nose. Escaping her pawns were quite hard but she managed to sneak out anyway to enjoy the full moon tonight. Normally, she would be inside her room, obediently doing her tasks but it was too good of a night to pass up.

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren stared at her for a moment, looking her up and down. He took out his knife and slowly made his way towards her, careful not to make a sound, which proved to be easy, since the flowers were silencing his footsteps. He took off the top hat, and threw it far away from him, that ought to confuse people. Since the only person in Wonderland who wore tophats was the Hatter.
As he came closer to the girl, a small smile spread across his face. This was going to be an easy kill. Or at least so he thought.

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Having heard a small noise that would have gone unnoticed if it weren't for her enhanced senses, she froze in mid smell but recovered quickly, cautiously straightening up as if she never heard a thing. Farrah turned around, calling out an uncertain "Hello? Is anybody there?". Stupid move, she knew but her primary instinct was to check if somebody needed her help. She took hesitant steps forward, her eyes darting around the garden, which now had an eerie glow to it, and caught sight of a hat on the ground.
The Mad Hatter?, she asked herself as she bent forward slightly and took the hat, examining it.

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren grinned and lunged. One hand was covering her mouth while the other held the curved knife to her throat. "A princess? Without her guards?" He gutted with disappointment as he held her in an iron grasp. He wondered how long it would take her to pass out from blood loss if her cut her jugular vein. Or should he slit her neck all across? Decisions, decisions. He thought to himself as he ears tried to catch any other movements.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah gasped in surprise as someone covered her mouth although it came out muffled as soon as she felt a cold, sharp metal pressing to her throat. Her eyes were wide in fear, heart was pounding and her body wouldn't move, seeing as a knife would be able to cut her head of anytime. She wasn't aware that her body heated up to probably a hundred degrees because of the excess blood flow pumping through her body. Farrah should have listened to her pawns to never go out when not with them.

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren was just about to slip her throat open when something made him stop. Still having his hand over her mouth he walked in front of her and studied her with his bluegreen eyes intently. Suddenly his eyes widened and he dropped his knife in surprise. No, it couldn't be! Could it? "Farrah?" He asked hesitantly. "Your the... princess?" He asked as if it was new news to him. Guilt, relief and awkwardness washed over the assassin, but he didn't let it show in his face.

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah's eyebrows scrunched up in confusion as the person, no, a man, walked around her but never let go of his hold around her mouth as her name escaped his lips. Do I know this guy?, she thought but voiced it out as well. It only came out as a muffled sound as she struggled against him, her head shaking left and right trying to get his hand off her mouth.

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well aren't you still annoying?" He muttered and dropped his hand. "If you scream I will knock you unconscious." He warned and scooped up his curved knife. Why would they want Farrah? He wondered as he picked up the top hat from the ground and placed it on top of his head to hide his ears. "And your still gullible." He smirked and leaned against one of the trees and studied her. From last time he had seen her, which as back when he was six, she had grown up to be a beautiful young woman. Though he would never admit it out loud.

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah backed as far away as possible from the guy who seemed to know her and narrowed her eyes.
Annoying and gullible? What the heck?
"Who are you and how do you know me?" she asked a bit meekly as her hands searched for possible weapons behind her back. You never know when he might actually cut her to pieces. Observing him as he took his knife again, her hand found nothing and she let it fall to her side limply.
"If you come close, I will..." she trailed off, racking her brain for a good threat. "Burn your sleeve off." she had tried to put a dangerous tone to her voice as she tried to calm her heart from the previous encounter.

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren mocked a hurt expression. "You don't know me? I thought you of all people would have been told about Warren Ray Peters. The White Rabbit." He smirked and took off the tailgate and examined it. "And to answer your question, mademoiselle, I know everyone, who they are what they do. But I know your personally. But I see that your blonde, so it might take you awhile to remember." He smirked. At her statement he looked at her, rather amused. "Burn my sleeve off? You can't do that! This is my favourite shirt!" He laughed and shook his head in disbelief. "What do they teach you at that castle?"

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah had her jaw dropping to the ground at the man's insulting words but she quickly fixed on a smile, as if she wasn't bothered at all.
"I'm pretty sure hair color has nothing to do with this and I do know you. Just not your face. I don't think you're worth remembering, maybe that's why you don't seem to be familiar." she said the last part in a whisper as she wringed her hands behind her back in annoyance. How dare he insult her? She wasn't stupid at all! Violence just wasn't very appealing to her.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren started to clap. "And she actually has a good comeback? And I meant that your blonde in the head." He said with a sickly sweet smile. He pushed himself off of the tree and examined her a bit more closely. Her hair was a darker blonde, and her eyes were just a tiny bit bigger. "You have changed, physically, not mentally." He said, this was his version of a compliment. Pointing out good things, then the bad things. It was annoying, and he knew it. But he liked anoying people, it was fun.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

((Hey Mollie, I got to go now, classes tomorrow :( I'll reply when classes are over :)))

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay! Goodnight!))

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah returned his smile but still felt wary of the White Rabbit who called himself Warren.
"Well, what do you take me for? An idiot and a pushover? Never." she said confidently that she even surprised herself. When did she ever become this confident? Shaking the thought off, he started to asses the man before him more carefully. Platinum blonde hair and blue eyes. No, green? He was good looking with those unique pair of eyes and messy kind of hair. However, a hint of danger lurked behind his eyes, making her want to stay out of his way.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

"Cheking me out, I see. Have we become more flirty over the years?" He teased. His famous smirk crossed over his face. This was the most amusing conversation he had ever had. Apart from the one with the Hatter. That had been a blast. "Did the hat confuse you?" He asked taking the hat off again and brushed imaginary dust off of it. His ears twitched slightly, adjusting to the cold air.

((Sorry for the shortness :/ ))

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's alright, I too become pressured when writing long replies :)))
The smile never leaving her face, she crossed the distance between them, forgetting all about her near death experience with Warren.
"You are quite a sight to see but I'm not interested in guys generally so for the flirty part? No. Just no." Farrah cringed at the thought of flirting even the slightest bit. She had been raised up as a proper lady. It was more likely she'd die a "nun", as humans call it.
Once Farrah saw Warren's ears, she grinned and reached out to touch them.
"Your ears are so fascinating." she said in awe, ignoring his question. In truth, she was confused. And she didn't want that to add to the list Warren could use to tease her.

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

((Phew! Okay! :) ))

Warren chuckled. "You white's are so pure, it really amusing." He smirked and fiddled with some buttons on his waist coat. As she approached him, he raised an eyebrow. But as she reached up and touched his ears he sneered and backed off. "Don't touch my ears or I might just change my mind about killing you." He threatened. He would never actually hurt her, but his ears were quite sensitive, but he didn't want to admit it. He was stubborn like that.

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah immediately removed her hands from his ears and clutched them tight behind her back, her fingers twiddling about. Her head and eyes were cast downward as she cursed herself inwardly. Who in the right mind would touch a person whom you've just met? More so when the person actually tried to kill you? Well, that was her. Stupid Farrah.
"I'm sorry." she mumbled quietly. Farrah still valued her life. Somehow.

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

"Don't touch them again, or else." He barked. He then straightened and had his usual smirk on his face. "Well I'd better return you to the castle, and show your 'guardians' how to do their job properly." He said with a slight hint of disapproval. Honestly, either they are stupid or Farrah is cunning. He thought to himself and placed the top hat on his head and held out his arm to the princess. He might be an assassin, but it didn't stop him from being a gentlemen when he wanted to be.

((I love Farrah! She is so adorable!))

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

((Thank yaaa ^.^ I have to go now though T.T My mom is literally yelling at me to go to sleep T.T But a week off from school is coming and I'm gonna make most of it lols. Imma reply tomorrow. Night Molliebelles!))

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay! Awesome! TTYL!))

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

Glancing cautiously at Warren's hand, she shook her head no. Farrah was honestly scared of the guy and more so of his mood swings.
"I can return by myself. Please don't bother because I'm pretty sure you have a lot of things to do, being the White Rabbit and all." she said and gave a shrug, forcing a smile on her face. That is a complete, I have no idea where I am and how I can get back. It was about midnight now, judging by the position of the moon. And her pawns probably know by now that she had escaped them. Lifting the hem of her dress, Farrah hurriedly passed through the entrance of the Grove, an ark, hoping she would remember how to get back to the palace.

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren raised his eyebrow then laughed. He watched her run off, scurrying away like a mouse. "Oh? So you know how to get back do you? In the dark?" He scoffed. He shrugged, but his good nature got the better of him, and so he followed her. His hands were clasped behind his back. Soon he managed to catch up to her. "And I don't kill. I must have someone willing to pay me." He notified her.

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah gritted her teeth, trying to walk as fast as she can in heels.
"I do know how to get back." she said nervously, lying through her teeth. She just wasn't good at lying, having kept only a few but heavy lies. Farrah had tried to lose Warren in the thick blanket of the trees, weaving back and forth into the darkness, even raising her dress to fasten her pace but it seemed like luck was on her side tonight. Unluckiness, that is. Farrah had fallen face first into the dirt, cursing her clumsiness as she did so.
And this is why people don't wear gown like dresses on evening walks.

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren raised his eyebrows and stopped then went back to following her after a moment of chuckling. "Oh dear." He said as he saw her face first in the dirt. "I have an urge to sit on you, get up, and for goodness sake, take those bloody shoes off!" He said, as if he were scolding a young child. He crouched and wrapped his arms under her armpits and forced her to her feet. Then, he stepped back, giving her room.

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

Huffing, Farrah got to her feet with Warren's help. She helplessly dusted off the mud and dirt from her dress, knowing that it was useless and probably would make a permanent stain. However, she would do anything just to hide her red cheeks from his view for her hair veiled her face as she smoothed down her wrinkled dress. Farrah had once again made a fool out of herself or actually, more like a child. She deserved an award for her stupidity.

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

"Come on now." Warren said with a sickly sweet smile and wrapped one arm around her waist as the other held her hand. "Just so you don't fall over, again." He chuckled and started walking, raking long strides towards the White Castle. He was practically dragging Farrah along with him, he almost looked like an older brother scolding his younger sibling than an assassin that had previously tried to kill her.

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

Farrah pouted but allowed herself to be dragged away by Warren, her eyebrows scrunched up showing that she wasn't pleased at all by being treated as a helpless child. She was about to complain about being able to walk on her own when she suddenly had a vacant feeling, her eyes drooping and lips parted.
What the heck is happening?
She tried to move her body to no success. Farrah also tried to talk, but no voice came out.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren glanced at her then noticed something was wrong. "What's the matter now?" He asked irritably. He stopped walking and turned to face her, and in the process let go of her, but he was close enough to grab her in case she decided to something stupid. He looked her over and frowned darkly. What in Oblivion is happening? He murmured to himself.

((Skyrim reference!))

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

((Haha XD))

Farrah once again tried to say something, anything but still, not even a whisper came out from her mouth.
I don't even know, was what she wanted to reply to the pissed off Warren in front of her.
She was beginning to panic now, her body temperature rising to her anxiety. Thinking back to her time on the garden she found, Farrah vaguely remembered a name on the archway. Boro Grove, it had said and she was pretty sure she learned that from her tutor at the palace.
Boro Grove, a place where you can turn into a tree. Just lovely.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

Warren's annoyance was replaced by worry. He shook her by the shoulders. "Farrah? Farrah?!" He said, his voice slowly rising with panic that he was failing to keep under control. He then frowned. "Oh, you silly little girl! How blonde can you be?!" He snapped and picked her up in his arms, holding her close to his body as he started to run. I am such an idiot! He scolded himself and tangle of curse words escaped his mouth. He should have noticed that she hadn't been wearing a mask.

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

If Farrah could have, she would roll her eyes. There goes his hair color jokes and unsurprisingly she was once again offended. Just because she's blonde doesn't mean that she's stupid. However, she had more important things at hand to worry about. Like how she's about to turn into tree any moment now. Farrah couldn't move in Warren's arms and could only hope that he wouldn't let her fall at the speed he was running at. Harsh winds made her hair go flapping wildly, probably the only thing that could move.
But the billion dollar question would be: What can anyone do about this at home?

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

((The suspense is killing me!! So, thread change? Or...))

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

((Haha, calm down Mollie XDD If we were to thread change though, where would we go?))

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

((Sorry... I don't know, the white palace is being used at the moment. And I have to go, I've got to tidy my room XD))

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay, have...fun? XDDDD)

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

((Not fun.... So where to?))

message 41: by [deleted user] (new)

((I'm sorry. Perhaps I could quickly make a healing place? Scratch that, making topics are actually your job now, now that I remember.))

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yes, that is my job, I will see to it right away.))

message 43: by [deleted user] (new)

((I'll post at ze healing ward! Since it is my post and I totally forgot about it :/))

message 44: by [deleted user] (new)

((Haha, okies. Go on ahead ^.^))

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

((I did! XD))

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

((Wot, oh gosh sorry. Will post! :3))

message 47: by [deleted user] (new)

((Don't worry abou' it. :) ))

corina (molteneyes)
Marielle was sitting cross-legged in the midst of dense shrubbery, flowers erupting on either side of her. Her eyes were closed, but every other sense was wide awake, ready, reaching. Except for smell. A black cloth with subtle enchantments woven through the smooth fabric was tied around her nose and mouth, blocking out the intoxicating scent of the flowers surrounding her. She knew what these seemingly innocent flowers could do, and she was not about to become another victim.

Her head twitched ever so slightly to the side at the sound of feet on grass. Her eyes flew open. Through the thick green surrounding her, Rielle could make out the shape of a young girl, dirty and tired looking, standing at the entrance to the grove.

Marielle had known Flann would end up in Boro Grove eventually. Everyone did. It seemed to call to the lost, the weary. It was like a beacon for travelers. No one understood why - perhaps the scent of the flowers promised relaxation for eternity, a sense of belonging and never leaving.

But it didn't matter. Because Flann was here now, and Marielle had a decision to make. Help the escaped princess or remain loyal to those she served and bring the princess back - to certain death.

message 49: by corina (new)

corina (molteneyes)
Hiding longer would not do any good. Flann had seen her despite the dense shrubbery and lack of motion. Marielle rose slowly, gracefully, not answering. She was not about to reveal her identity so quickly. Right now, she was a shadow, an anyone. She was the winged darkness slitting throats in alleyways again, like so few years ago, years that felt like an eternity. Those days were past, she was respectable now, known not because she killed people for gold, but because she was a knight. But those skills were not gone.

Marielle stepped lightly, her wings invisible, her dark hair loose down her back. She stepped further away from Flann, deeper into the grove. Her footsteps were silent, barely making a noise in the soft grass.

And then she waited.

message 50: by corina (new)

corina (molteneyes)
Perfect. Marielle's slow backwards steps and unwillingness to answer had caused Flann to do exactly as Marielle had guessed - step deeper into the grove, chasing a phantom shadow. In a twisted sort of way, Marielle was both glad Flann had fallen for it and dejected that it had been so easy to trick a former student.

But Flann was young and there was time to learn.

As soon as Flann had stepped far enough away from the entrance, Marielle spread her wings, the full giant wingspan of them, and took to the air, dropping behind Flann on soft feet, blocking the young girl's exit efficiently. Marielle had no weapons drawn yet, but her sword hung at her hip and it was never difficult to reach for a dagger, as they were hidden all over her body, her bow and quiver were slung across her back, and an angel blade - just in case - was in her boot.

She held up her hands, placating, not stepping forward, not stepping back.
