Silence discussion

I read Hush,Hush and Crescendo a while back and I am reading Silence and I feel as lost as poor Nora, can someone please refresh me on what has happened. I remember bits and pieces but not enough to fit it all together. Please don't post any spoilers for Silence.

Sure, long story short Nora was kidnapped at the end of cresendo. She learned that Hank Millar was her dad, that Patch(Jev) was Marci's guardian angel after she she said she didn't want him to be her guardian angel. Scott was introduced in crescendo. He is an old family friend that Nora's mother tried set Nora up with. Turns out he is also Nephilim and was running away from the black hand. Rixon, is Patch's closest friend who tried to kill Nora to become human. Nora is the decent of both Hank Miller and Chauncey. Because of this Patch went rogue and no longer wanted to follow the rules of being a guardian angel. I think that sums it up. If I missed something important please let me know. Thanks!
