Tampa by Alissa NuttingIt isn't like a horror book or anything, but as far as I can tell by the plot description, it's weird and chilling, which I think is perfect for October.
How about Stephen King's latest novel, The Institute? From what I gather, it seems to be like a darker Stranger Things. Not stright horror, but definitely a nice spooky chill for October. And King's wonderful writing style always delivers a fun ride.
Thank you everyone for the spooky reads for October!! Voting is now open and will run through Thursday the 26th. The winner will be announced on Friday! Also, don't forget if you have been participating in the September read, the discussion thread is open!!
