I'm trying to find books that contains angels or humanoids with wings that are NOT related with fallen angels, nephilim, redemption or paradise/hell... The story isn't a war between angels and demons, angels and fallen angels, nephilim and angels or finding redemption or anything similar. Basically, I want books where the angels are just another fantastic creature like vampires and shapeshifters.

Daughter of Smoke and Bone Trilogy.

These books do have a bit of the fallen angel or something about battle good vs evil but these point more toward world building than morality

Fall For Me by K.A. Last has fallen angels and regular ones, but is very non-religious. The angels are more bureaucratic than anything, and there's not much in the way of faith or divine intervention. The angels on earth are generally warring vampires, like guardians.

Hi, not meaning to self promote, but my Angels Above and Below fits this bill, out in spring 2015. And there's me thinking I had a USP. Sigh ...
