Here is the info about what characters you can make.

Passengers
Passengers are the people on board the plane, they have either paid to be here- so are very wealthy or they have won a competition- probably poor or middle class. They can be from anywhere in the world but must be from USA or UK if they have won the competition. Characters may have all types of occupations but make them realistic for the times e.g. no astronauts. Spies are allowed as this is set during the peak of the Cold War but ask me first.

Pilots/Flight Crew
There will only be three pilots, the Captain and the First Officer, the Second Officer as well as a Navigation Officer.

Stewardesses
There will be 8 Stewardesses on board the flight and again they are allowed to be spies for MI6 or the CIA as it set during the Cold War Era.

Arianna what do you mean by flight attendant? Isn't that similar to a an air hostess in which case you would want to make a stewardess.

Yes and yes as Pan-Am at the time as far as I know didn't employ female pilots...
