For further info, please have a look at my last post here.

Carol Ann Amazed at how invested I am in the characters. I cannot stop reading! Never, in a million years, did I think I would enjoy a Stephen King novel! Thank you, James Mustich, for enlarging my world!

Jane Huttner | 157 comments wow. Sadie is slashed by her ex-hubby who then kills himself. Jake stays to take care of Sadie. Sadie has a really hard time coming to terms with what happened to her. She keeps having nightmares of her ex. Both Jake and Deke realize it will be a long hard road ahead. But they both stick with it, trying to help her.
She finally gets some confidence back so Jake goes to Dallas to wrap some things up and gets beaten so badly he can't drive and has a brain injury and can't remember oswald's name or where he will be on 11/22.
It's one thing after another preventing him from completing his task.
Slowly his memory returns and he runs to prevent Sadie getting involved but Sadie finds him, makes him see he needs help and they both go to stop Oswalld. Jake startles Oswald enough to miss JFK, but doesn't kill him and Oswald is able to kill Sadie before being killed by Secret service..

Yep! All that happened didn't it? I cried when she said, "How we danced!" OH MY! Tears.

Marlise (mawz76) | 171 comments The past is obdurate!! Lol. It became quite 'messy' for a bit, didn't it? But in a good way. The writing was done well so that I didn't experience much confusion.
