book thief made me cry!! i had read it before and i hadnt cried, but i read it again for school this summer and i was bawling at like 2 AM!! it was so sad!!
my sisteres keeper was rly depressing, made my friends cry.
marley and me (the movie) was so sad!! my whole family was sobbing in the movie theatre cuz our dog died like a yr and a half ago...:'(

o um Book thief beyond good! Sister's Keeper made me cry 2. Marley and me-hated the book. movie made me n' my friends cry.

- The books that brought me to tears were almost every Harry Potter book where some good guy dies, Breaking Dawn (only when I saw the words THE END), The Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell, The Five People You Meet In Heaven, and The Christmas Sweater by Glenn Beck.- A book that ALMOST made me cry was The Secret Life of Bees. That is such an amazing book <3
- The most depressing book I've read is probably Lord of the Flies!
- My family cried/almost cried while reasing The Christmas Sweater by Glenn Beck and The Five People You Meet In Heaven.
- I don't think that I've ever remembered something sad while reading a book and ended up crying... I'll have to think about that, though!

I cried for so many of them. I was a Harry Potter freak, so I'd become MAJORLY attached to these characters, and then they die... I was in hysterics. It was so annoying xDI almost cried with Secret Life of Bees, but I shed no tears :)
same here 4 hp!!!i cried for snape, for dumbledore, for fred, for lupin and tonks.....everytime i re read the books i just cried MORE
I cried during the Golden Compass, when Lyra and Pan got put into that daemon-separating-thing... *shudder* I don't know why I cried, I just did. :P

Germany, during WWII. It's about this girl ... and it's from the pov of Death. I know, not a great explanation. lol. But it is AMAZING. You must read it. Must, must, must. :)

I've read the Book Thief, it's one of my favorite. My Cw teacher said that in order to be a good author you must be a good reader and if the author does not cry while writing a book the reader will not cry while reading the book.
i cried in book thief, but the SECOND time i read it when i already knew what would happen!! it was so weird it was like 2AM and i was sobbing so bad!!
Wow, interesting. I have to say I cry every time I read it, it just strikes me...makes people think i'm weird when I cry in the middle of class.
