My strategy for this year, reading no library books, clearly is not working. I read 6 library books before finishing the first book I own.1. Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt (read 09/01/15)
Haha Ellinor, I understand you! I've started well with a couple of owned books but now I'm already champing at the bit to go to the library... I have to restrain myself!Good luck with your climb!

Thanks, Marina!
I'm finally making some progress here:2. Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell (read 12/01/15)
7. The Death of Ivan Ilych by Leo Tolstoy (read 16/01/15)8. The Shining by Stephen King (read 17/01/15)
Yes, and I'm moving right on:13. A Kestrel for a Knave by Barry Hines (read 30/01/15)
14. The Fire-Eaters by David Almond (31/01/15)
15. Buster's World by Bjarne Reuter (01/02/15)
I'm really making much better progress than expected. I guess it is all to the amazing new bookshelf my husband gave me for Christmas. Now I don't have to store my books in boxes anymore but can actually see what I've got. It used to be, I'd like to read that book now but I have absolutely no idea where it could be. I could spend hours just looking at the books!
19. Wie eine Hecke voll Himbeeren by Gunnel Linde (read 13/02/15)20. Das Salz der Erde und das dumme Schaf by Sheila Och (read 16/02/15)
21. A Hero of Our Time by Mikhail Lermontov (read 17/02/15)
Nela wrote: "How did you like A Hero of Our Time? It's sitting on my shelf waiting to be read as well :)"I was quite surprised by it and I really liked it. It is entirely not what I expected of a Russian writer. It's partially a passionate love story, partially a ghost story and partially something else. Definitely worth a read and a quick one at that.
23. Walden by Henry David Thoreau (read 24/02/15)24. Mojsche und Rejsele by Karlijn Stoffels (read 25/02/15)
Half way up already!

28. Drachenfeuer by Wolfgang Hohlbein (read 20/03/15)29. Der Schatz auf Pagensand by Uwe Timm (read 22/03/15)

36. Olle und Amanda. Eine Liebesgeschichte. ( Ab 10 J.). by Annika Holm (read 18/04/15)37. Karel, Jarda und das wahre Leben by Sheila Och (read 19/04/15)
40. Fletcher Moon - Privatdetektiv by Eoin Colfer (read 27/04/15)41. Finding Violet Park by Jenny Valentine (read 28/04/15)
42. Manolito Gafotas by Elvira Lindo (read 29/074/15)43. Why the Whales Came by Michael Morpurgo (read 30/04/15)
44. The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo (read 01/05/15)45. Harriet the Spy by Louise Fitzhugh (read 02/05/15)
