Igor Goldkind (igorgoldkind) | 2 comments My question is how does it feel to be third and fourth choice after former President George Bush on the goodreads Ask-an-Author sign up screen.

Should we take this as a discernible pattern, or a progression of thought?

;-)

Heather | 2 comments Neil, this question is for you. What do you say to people who look down on graphic novels/"comics" as reading material? I have, in my work as a librarian, consistently held up the Sandman series as an example of a graphic novel that makes a reader think. Are there others that you would recommend to someone who might be hesitant about reading graphic novels? And did you have to ask for help when you were penning the Sandman series? All of those literary references...do you have a research assistant?

Thank you so much for your vocal support of libraries and of the work they do every day, and thanks very much for being involved with Doctor Who. The episodes you wrote were the best ones, in my humble opinion. :)

Ellie | 3 comments Amanda and Neil,
this question is for both of you! Do your ideas, books, songs just creep up on you? I find that i get In a writing mood when I just let my brain vomit thoughts all over canvas or paper. What puts the fire under you?

Ellie

Igor Goldkind (igorgoldkind) | 2 comments Jordan I'd rather be just like Socrates, grow a long beard and do as I please. And be asking you a lot of questions . . . for a living.

Neil Gaiman,
What inspired you to write Coraline?

Halle
