I would have to say mine is a genre. Anything Fantasy Fiction that has dragons, magic, and another language involved. Did you know Christine Feehan just released her newest book of the Dark Series?

Whenever I'm between books (which is rare since I read around fifteen books at the same time lol), I tend to read either a classic book (especially Charles Dickens) or a biography--big, thick books that take longer for me or that I want to take my time reading, so I spread out reading them over months/years.
