#18/20 - I do not see it in your more photos section on your profile.

You can always put it someplace like dropbox and provide the link, or you can attach the cover yourself to the book, since there is currently no cover, and it is under your Author Profile.

Just click on the "edit details" link on the book page, and then click the browse button on the right hand side, find the picture, then click the upload photo button.

I claimed my author profile, and the ISBN is valid, I just hadn't released the book for publication on Nov 1st like I had hoped... and since I've been unable to get access to my own book's page to edit any of the information it's a little frustrating...

Correct. 2-3 business days is common.
