I've heard several people mention this one to me recently, and Netflix really wants me to watch it.

From what I've been told it's very interesting, and not graphic. (Maybe one disturbing photo?)

Anyone see this?

I think i'll open up a generic documentaries thread.

Lisa Bennett (lisabennett) | 9 comments It was a very interesting film and, as I understand it, has made a lot of people think hard about going vegan. Unfortunately, I have non-vegan, sports-minded people in my life who have dismissed it based on the fact that it is selective in how it displays the benefits of a plant-based diet (ie shows a vegan boxer beating a non-vegan boxer, when the full truth is that the vegan boxer has lost plenty of fights to non-vegan boxers). I still think it is worth a watch, even just to be able to discuss it with others. It's not graphic at all.

Thanks for that! That's an interesting point about the selective aspect. Although it doesn't surprise me, I can see how some would latch onto that and it become an issue.

Renee Thompson (reneethompson) | 5 comments I loved it! I don't remember any graphic scenes. It was entertaining and well-edited. I'm going to watch it a few more times.
