What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I have been looking for this book since ages! The details i remember is that this three book series- Three brothers who have opened their own law firm and they are hot shots!
So the heroine is quiet sweet and good and she was accused of murdering her ex! While her best friend works in the firm and found about it suddenly rushes ti her boss to help her friend in need. Also she told her boss that her friend is innocent that she even would try to save the earth worms!
