Write a blurb:(we have a discussion for that!)
Blurbs help you organize what you want to happen in a story, so write one if you need to get started.

Understand the hallmarks of a great plot:When you’re focused on a particular element of a story, whether it’s mood and atmosphere or plot, it’s helpful to write a list of things to keep in mind as you write.

Where are the characters?
When did the event take place?
Why is the character there?
Why did this happen?
Did something cause this to happen?
What is happening?
Can you provide more detailed information?
How did the character get there?
How did the character get out of their situation?
How did this happen?
Can you provide more information to prove this?
