-History-

Curtis was always told that he would never be anything important. His father told him this, the children at school told him this, even his own imaginary friend would say so from time to time. So the nine year old boy packed his bags and set up camp behind a police station. The boy was determined to catch killers, to solve mysteries, to show the world that there was no such thing as ghosts and ghouls. Driven by pure ambition the boy stole a police radio and started answering to calls. A homicide on 34th street, and he had it solved before the useless police could even raise a finger. He graduated from high school at the age of fourteen, a genius, shoved into countless lockers and tormented, but at the ripe age of seventeen he had solved more unsolvable cases then men that had been doing their jobs for more then twenty years. With a long list of enemies Curtis found himself in tricky situations once week but none that he couldn't escape from. Each case that came across his desk solved, each case except the case of Cataclyst Manor.

Having your mother slaughtered right in front of you by a masked figure at the age of five usually does something to a kid, especially when the prime suspect is your father. After his mother’s murderer and the countless trials Kayden went to as a kid he was more of a recluse than anything else. His refusal to talk to people became apparent and everyone resulted to the same conclusion he nodded therapy- so they sent him there against his will every week with Dr.Miller. Of course he was distant within the first few weeks, but being a bright kid at the age of seven he realized this wouldn’t fly so easily. Living with his best friends father his life wasn’t so easy. The man was convinced his own father had in fact killed his mother, but that’s only a small picture of the story. After realizing he needed to pass through therapy to get on with his life he learned to fake the best smile possible and nod yes or no, depending on what Miller expected, and wanted, to hear. He was cleared within months but he still wasn’t the same. All he wanted was to move away and leave his past behind. Due to society he had even convinced himself that his father was guilty and didn’t visit him up until his teen years.

It was only in college that Kayden began to become more of a person. It was there that he met his soon to be fiance, Cara. She was everything he thought he needed. Beautiful, loyal, funny, and most importantly she didn’t press into his past. In his senior year he was quick to propose. He knew this was the woman he wanted to be with, and he’d learned from past experience not to let the best things go. Sure the decision may have been seen as rash, but at the time she was his everything. Only months after getting his first teaching job he fell terribly ill. Diagnosed with AML cancer the chances of him living seemed to be slim. Only after his first two weeks of chemo did Cara decided she couldn’t handle what was going on; she simply wasn’t strong enough- and she left him; as if it was some simple easy task. The meds didn’t allow him to process what was going on, but he knew what he thought was the love of his life wouldn’t be returning. Ever. It was only at his weakest and most miserable point he saw his mother. On death’s doorstep she appeared in front of him. She was more than just a ghost… she was there. Their conversation was brief as she persuaded him to hang on, and promised everything would be better. Three months later a miraculous recovery occurred after his third round of chemo. Returning to his teaching job thoughts of his mother have haunted him. Since then he’s felt like he’s seen things. Whispers of things that simply are not there. Now he’s showed up at Cataclyst manner in hopes to put his mind at ease. He’s not professionally trained, he only wishes to check things out and put his worries to rest.

Brian is hilarious. A dude that can make you die laughing. Murphy Law hangs out with him.... A lot. He can be standing in a mall talking to someone, and ice cream will fall next to him and he would be unaware and keep talking to the person. When he walks away from the person, he slips and fall on the ice cream. Yeah, he's a social butterfly and like to talk with someone. He can also be unpredictable. When hanging with him, make sure to bring some aspirin to cure your head ache from laughing so hard, and maybe a first aid kit.

Brian hates to talk about his past. He thinks of it of a sin. His biological parents both died in a car crash when he was 4, and he was shoved into an adoption agency. Then at the age of 6, he was adopted by the O'Neal family. He was now an older brother and lived perfectly amazing. He tried to forget about his past, and it is so far so good. Yeah, he lies to himself and said that he was born into this family but had too swag of a last name to change it to his family's. At the age of 12, he became highly interested with ghosts. He normally hung out around paranormal places. He soon found out he was moving, and sighed unhappily. He then heard where he was moving had a paranormal hot spot not far from where he lived, then he was really excited to move. At the age of 17, he became extremely good at paranormal investigating. He soon was starting to organize his own paranormal group. At the age of 19, minecraft came out. He soon found out about Herobrine. He always heard the name pronounced Hero Brian, so he went to go meet him. Then he saw him. "HERO BRIAN!!" He yelled. "My name is Herobrine." The person said. "It's Hero Brian. It's your name after all."

"IT'S BRINE!" He shot a bunch of zombies at him and Brian killed them all. "It's Brian dude." This went on for the next 2 hours. Then, Herobrine gave up. He committed suicide and left Brian's world. "Aw! But we were having fun!" Brian whined. "His name Hero Brian is still pretty cool." He kept playing minecraft after that. He saw HeroBrine once after that, but Herobrine disconnected.
Brian soon became a experienced paranormal investigator. He was so good, he started to post videos on Youtube and an immediate hit. He then posted a few vines on Youtube and that was an instant hit too. Now he has his heart set on the Catalyst Manor, and nothing will stop him from investigating there.
