What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I once read this book about a girl who would never leave her room, like at all. She was always active on social media and if I remember correctly she was always on Twitter. There was also this one celebrity who she was the biggest fan of. I think they called her a leech because of how crazy she was for him. Anyways that celebrity created a fake Twitter account he would hide in and trash his celebrity image. I don’t know why but he did. I remember really liking this book but I can’t remember the name of it or who the author was. I read it about 2-3 years ago. I would also describe it as a romance/mystery book.
