I have this book, and its about 100 pages long. I got it for Christmas, and I believe my parents got it at Barnes and Noble. Try looking on Ebay, or Amazon. I have a Kindle, and I'm not sure if you can download it there if you have a Kindle.
Hope this helped!

P.S. I cannot put a summary of this, my friend is borrowing this.

This is a gr8 book. i managed 2 find it at my library... i could try that! but like everyone else is saying, u could also find it on amazon or something. i think u can even order it from goodreads.
Ooh, i have a copy of it. It's awesome. Definitely worth having if you are a HP fan. Hope you can get a chance to read it...:)
I got this book along with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. I originally thought this would be the less interesting of the two books, as the Quidditch never was my favorite aspect of the series. However, I thought it was a really great "textbook" and the 'handwritten' additions were fun and entertaining.I hope you were able to find a copy, it's worth the search, I'm sure.

I thought they were interesting supplements to the books.
