Zoe sat alone at lunch.

"Zoe." Estelle made her way to Zoe's table with her cane. She hated it. It marked her as disabled, helpless. Blind. She sat across Zoe and set her bookbag down on her seat next to her.

"Hey"Zoe said.

Cassie was talking to Blaze "tell me!!!"

CAssie smiled and followed him.

"no need for that, dont waste your breath!" she smiled. "im happy that i have someone of my kind"

"but im a half, i dont have venom"

"yeah, dad does as well, mom too!"

"yeah i know but i love blood"

"human blood.. gross!!"

"yeeeah?"

"yeeeah?"

"I couldn't find you at the 2nd period." said Estelle, fingering her pear in her hand.

"oh.. thats sad..."

She sighed.

"yeah! anyway?!"

Estelle looked back, hearing voices.

"yeah, want some? mom made a fresh batch!"

Estelle got up and started walking to the voices before she stopped dead in her tracks. She went back and grabbed her dreadful cane. "I'll be right back." she said to Zoe.

"kay lets go!"
Inno time she was there.

She opened the door and her parents came runnong down. "your vampire" they asked.

"oh, gosh! now we have some people we know! do you have any parents?anyone? who is immortal?" Her dad asked
