Located in the North Wing of the castle, Moira's chambers contain multiple rooms. There is a small foyer that is entirely white save a couple designs. A door is at the end of this to prevent one from immediately seeing into the princess's chambers.

From there, the first room a person walks into is the drawing room. This room is white with some golden designs. All of the furniture is incredibly plush. Off the bedroom is the gardrobe or the castle's equivalent of a bathroom. Essentially, it is a small, closed off room with a door that has a stone bench with a hole in it. The waste slides down the hole and then out a hole in the side of the palace. The hole does get narrow enough that no one is able to get in.

The last room is connected to the drawing room on the lefthand side so that it is across from the bedroom. The walls and ceiling are white as with the rest of the chambers, and again there are some golden designs. However, the furniture is a bit simpler in design. It's plain brown leather. The bookcases, containing many priceless books with ornate illumination and records, are left brown and are not painted white as one may expect. The guards posted near the Doors opened them. Servants moved around lighting a fire and going after the tea. After everything was arranged, the servants were dissmissed. Moira and Ash sat on the couch.

"How are your parents?" Moira asked pouring tea. Unknown to Ash she had put some drops of her truth potion in Ash's cup. It would make the one who drank speak the truth.

Ash reached for the cup set in front of him and took a small sip. "I'm not sure. It's been a while since we've spoken," Ash set the cup back into its saucer. "We don't exactly see eye-to-eye on a lot of things."

"Hmm you remind me of myself. Do you enjoy hunting, Duke Burne?" Moira asked curiously.

Ash shrugged, not really sure. "It's all right, but definitely not my favorite thing to do."

"Then enlighten me, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time?" Moira asked.

"Generally, I enjoy swordplay and things of that sort. Magic and studying are good, too." Ash picked up his mug again, taking another sip. "What about you, Princess?" Ash hoped they would have at least one common interest; something to bond over.

"I enjoy reading, studying and Magic. Riding and Hunting and singing are some of the things I do not so often." Moira said looking at Ash over her teacup.

"I'm sure you're beautiful in whatever you do," Ash said after taking another sip of his tea. His eyes widened in shock after realizing what he'd said. "I, uh, I mean of course you'd look beautiful, you are the princess - who am I kidding, you're gorgeous. And I, I like that you're not a stupid prick like so many of the rest of the ladies in court, and I'm glad there is someone else who thinks -" Ash clamped a hand over his mouth in an attempt to stop the flow of words from escaping; his face a deep shade of scarlet.

Moira blushed. It seemed that the potion was starting to have effect.

"Well I think you are better than so many other nobles who waste their time. I also like that you are sincere with me, most people would just smile and be polite near the princess." Moira said her face turning more and more red as she talked.
" I would ask you to always tell me the truth no matter what."

After a moment, Ash, finally convinced he was done blubbering, decided to answer. "I think I can handle that, and I'd ask you to do the same for me," he said, the blush mostly faded.

"Well I most certainly can grant your wish. If it doesn't make you unconfortable I wish you'd call me by my name." Moira said blushing. Her hand slowly came over his. Then she saw his memories, how he cared for the peasants, then she saw a potential ally.

"As you wish...Moira," Ash said. His heartbeat quickened a bit at the physical contact. Although numerous girls had been attracted to him, Ash had never really been in any sort of romantic relationship. "And if you could call me Ash, please. Most people do." He felt that he was quickly growing to like Moira, and wondered how she was feeling about him.

Moira was surprised by how Fast she was warming up to Ash. When her father had announced in Court that she'd marry Ash, a stranger, she'd been mortified. Even though she was almost 25 summers old, she didin't think of starting down a family.

Now that she learned more about Ash, she thought he wasn't so bad.
"Lord.... I mean Ash, I wanted to ask you what is you magical speciality?"

Ash finished his cup of tea and set it down on the table. "Well...mostly nature stuff. I can talk to animals on occasion and make plants grow at an alarming speed. That sort of thing," he said. "I've heard you were the head mage. What's your specialty?"

((Would they get to romantic stuff on the first meeting?))

"Healing magic, mind reading and some Elemental magic, and for the rest I'm pretty good at the rest." Moira said blushing. She didn't like talking about her powers. " Do you have any siblings?"

((It would depend on how quickly you want their relationship to progress.))

Ash shook his head. "Only child. Quite a contrast to you, isn't it? How many siblings do you have?" He knew there were several princes and princesses in court and had memorized their names, but never could remember which ones were alive and which ones hadn't made it.

((Can the relationship progress quickly?))

"17 siblings, of which only 9 are alive: Herne, Lyonesse, Varden, Gilda, Elsha, Birgit, Ahern, Fianna and Iden." She said her voice sounding sad. " They are the most important people in my life. I think they are the only reason I am like this. I would pretty much do anything for them. After my mother died I became the one who was always there for them." Moira said looking at her tea cup.

((Sure))

"Sounds like a lot of strain to place on just one person," Ash said. He placed a hand reassuringly on the princess's shoulder. "I'm sure you handled it well, though. You seem like a strong maternal presence. Your brothers and sisters are extremely lucky to have someone as amazing as you are for a sister."

Moira leaned into Ash's touch. She smiled a sad smile. " Well someone has to Carry the weight of other's problems, in our case I was the one who needed to do this. My only hope is that my efforts will help them have a happy future no matter what happens." She closed her eyes, trying not to think about her siblings problems. Varden trying to run away, Nesse's secret boyfriend, the twins wounds she hadn't been able to heal.

"There's only so much you can do. The rest they've got to handle on their own," Ash said. He squeezed Moira's shoulder reassuringly. He wasn't sure what he could do to help, but he wanted to whatever he could.

((Can they kiss, if you want?))

Moira opened her eyes. She saw that Ash and her were a few centimeters apart. Strangly enough, she wasn't fazed even slightly. In fact she felt warmness pooling up in her belly. She looked him deeply in the eyes. " Thank you for understanding me, Ash" she said whispering.

((Okay, but could Moira initiate?))

"Thank you for letting me," Ash breathed. He'd never really been this close to someone before, and he didn't know what to do or how to react. He wasn't sure if he should say something, and if so, what that something would be. Ash opted to let Moira make the next move, whatever it may be.

Moira was surprised of Ash's confession. She looked at him as if she'd seen for the first time. She was tired of being the perfect princess everyone expected her or the patient teacher or the counselour at everyones available to all. She wanted for one in her lifetime to be herself, a young woman.

She put her hand on Ash's cheek. And then something none of them expected. She kissed him and closed her eyes.

Ash, not for the first time, was surprised - but he didn't let that ruin the moment. He pulled Moira closer to him, kissing her back fiercely. He closed his eyes, wishing this moment would last forever.

Moira put her arms around his neck. One hand slid in to his hair, while the other gently pushed him closer. She felt the magic inside her reacting to his. The only thing she felt beside the euphoric feeling she got from the magic was his arms around the waist.

Ash reluctantly broke of the kiss, needing a moment to breathe. He straightened his coat. "Well, Moira, that was..." he trailed off, not sure of how to finish. He only hoped Moira enjoyed their moment as much as he had.

"Most enjoyable...." She said blushing. Her magic was still not stable after the encounter with Ash. She felt as if she were in a rose field, not her saloon. She didn't know if this was due to a combination of their magic, but it was not like something she had ever felt.

"Yes. Quite so." Ash felt dizzy and a bit light-headed. "Pardon me, Moira, but the air in here is a bit stale. Would it be all right if I were to step out-of-doors and regain my composure?" he looked down at his boots. "We could continue another time, if you'd like," he added sheepishly.

((Okay))

"Oh yes, I'll see you later Ash." Moira said. " Oh, I forgot to ask you something. Would you like to go riding with me in the near future."

"I'm not the best rider, but I'd definitely love to try and join you," Ash answered. He headed out the door, his hair in a state and his shirtfront a bit crumpled, not caring what he looked like or what anyone else happened to think of him.
