I just finished ch 20 lol. I've been reading Slammed #3 and it just isn't holding my interest so I thought I'd read a couple chapters this morning and just realized where I am. It's really good.

I just finished reading The Duff, and it was great! I don't know what book to read next, any recommendations?

Ch 1-20
(view spoiler)[So first off, how the crap does it take 6 days to travel from Calif to Chicago? I can get from Missouri to West Virginia in 18-20 hrs!
Why doesn't the blurb mention they are semi-related?
If he always has the beanie on why doesn't the guy on the cover? And why does he have a Texas accent?
I will never play fact or bs, seems that can get really revealing lol.
I freaking knew her bf would be cheating and I bet he helped pull off that prank too. I honestly forgot what the blurb said and I was surprised he switched teams lol.
But how cool is it she's the football captain? I bet Derek becomes the QB. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 21-40
(view spoiler)[I can't believe he tried to take on that many guys.
I was busting up when they had that "non-date". I was laughing and my daughter asked what was happening so I started telling her about the book and apparently our high school has a girl on the team. But then the fact that she fed her dog the ball almost made me cry. That was so sweet of him to give it to her.
I wondered how the rode trip would turn out. Derek just seems like such a sweet guy but doesn't want to show it. On the bright side he ain't rich LOL.
I think the fb camp is going to be hell for her since she's the only girl and Landon is there. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 41-end
So yea I finished. I really got into it.
(view spoiler)[I found the ending to be completely predictable. He breaks her heart then decides to join her team and win her back. The only thing that surprised me was the grandma, never thought she would get attached to the family and move to Chicago.
O and he ends up being rich anyway! (hide spoiler)]

That probably was the lamest prank ever.
