DW Brownlaw (dwbrownlaw) | 3 comments Being a newbie on GoodReads, I have tried and failed to add this book to my "currently being read" list. I am only a few chapters into this book, but I can already say that it is a worthy successor to his first book (Deception of the Dammed). I have read through the 'first act' and am completely hooked. I'm looking forward to see how it turns out, and am confident enough to give an early recommendation for members here to check it out.

Full disclosure:
* P.C. Darkcliff and I have worked together on several writing projects, including co-editing Dragon Bone Soup (an anthology of fantasy & scifi stories by leading Indy writers).
* I was a beta reader for a large portion of Deception of the Dammed.
* I advised the author on the wording of the back cover blurb for this book, The Priest of Orpagus, but that is all.
