The winner of December's poll is: An Unexpected Kiss: A Christmas in Snow Valley Romance by Cindy R Anderson. This will be a fun one to discuss. It's novella size so hopefully everyone can squeeze it in to their busy holiday schedules. :)

Tara (tarahart5) Yay, loved this one!! It was a pretty quick read, and so cute, I might read it again since it's the book of the month ;)

Tiana (tianasmithbooks) Is this one loan-able? Does anyone have a copy they could loan me?

Teya Teya | 68 comments It was way cute! I actually got a book and read it before he discussion! I know shocker, right? Really cute. Light and fluffy like snow flakes. I was thankful one spot was glazed over and not expounded upon.

Carol | 17 comments This has been my favorite little Christmas story this year. I love Cindy's writing style and the spunk and wit she puts into her characters. Novella's are the best during Christmas, I can read them during the small snippets of time I find between the craziness of the holidays. My favorite part was the kiss in the airport, I love it when books start out with a moment that grabs you and keeps going throughout the adventure.

Teya Teya | 68 comments That's true carol! I was in the middle of another book. I happened to glance at this one and it stole immediately from the other one. Gripping and I love the character development.

Carol, I totally agree! I love novellas right now, perfect for a busy schedule. I also thought this was one of the best Christmas stories I've read! It had a good balance of romance and Christmas stuff. I also like that there wasn't some gimmicky thing like a sick kid or dying grandma or some other drama. It was just a nice, fun read. I love fun "meet cutes" too, really adds a lot to the romance when they have a fun start like that. :)

Kristina | 24 comments I read it. Yay! What a cute story. Cole was sweet and swoon worthy, Lance was a pest with a good heart and Lucy's mother was pushy like a lot of loving mother's I know (she meant well). The Christmas theme put me in a festive mood. A sweet read. One which I will happily read again.

Nanci | 4 comments I couldn't sleep the other night so at 2:00 am I read this cute book. It was very fun and got my mind off the fact that I really wanted to sleep but couldn't.

Tori (Book Chick) (bookchicktori) I thought it was super cute!!! I loved the romance, but I also loved how they were serving others and getting so excited about helping a family have a perfect Christmas. :)
Novellas are so great to squeeze in when I don't have time for a full novel. :)

Tara (tarahart5) This one was really cute...I enjoyed it a lot--it totally hit the spot for me when I was in a Christmas romance mood. :) I loved their "meet cute"...too fun.
I keep forgetting there are more stories in the anthology. Thankfully, they're novellas, so they should be easy to squeeze in during this busy week before Christmas!

This is my favorite Christmas story this year! I loved the way they met and I loved how I could read it so quickly. It totally hit the spot! It was funny how she kept getting asked if she wanted Cole in her stocking/for Christmas. That's a definitely YES!
