What are you currently reading? How are you liking it? Have you read this author before?

I just picked up Living Dead in Dallas. Its the books that True Blood is based on. The first book was fantastic and the bits and pieces i've seen of the series is fantastic.

heather is it a horror book?

its a vampire book. I wouldn't say horror. VERY GOOD! I highly recommend it. (MUCH better than twilight!! but then again anything is)

I agree about twilight. I read the first book, which was good for the last half of the book. The first half was very slow for me.

I have the next two books my sister gave me but have not picked them up yet and its been a couple months. I'm sure I will eventually get to them but its no rush for me.

i am reading the 1st book of twlight and its very good to read

I just finished reading The Book Thief, which was really good and I highly recommend it, and I am just now starting to read The Poisonwood Bible, which I have heard is also very good!

I just ordered The Book Thief. I'm reading Battle Royale right now. I really like it. More graphic then I thought it would be and sad. Translation is a little rough.

I'm about to start reading Howl's Moving Castle by Diana W. Jones! And then The Host after that. (but I've read that before)

Howl's Moving Castle and the two books after that were the most recent books I have read. Which means last week. I loved them.

I'm currently reading Sunshine, which has been slow-going so far, but I hear the last part is really good, so I'll find out!

I finished our group read and just started reading Water for Elephants yesterday... I'm really enjoying it so far!

WHERE IS EVERYBODY! lol, we haven't been active for a while! And no one but me seems to use this thread.. lol. Anyways, I'm reading Destined for an Early Grave by Jeaniene Frost right now, the fourth in the series, which is REALLY good.. it's a paranormal book, sometimes classified as romance, though I don't really think it is.. LOL, more action with a little love thrown in. Perfect for me..

I'm currently finishing up redeeming love Lindsay. Water for Elephants and The Host are my two reads for November so far. I am glad to hear you are enjoying Water for Elephants.

the reason i am never on sometimes is because i only read one book and i have to get money to buy another one
