Addicted to YA discussion

I often read books and see them in my head like a movie and there are some I've read and lived in secret hope that they might one day be optioned by Hollywood ... or someone!
Here are my two hopes for the big screen one day:

The Under the Never Sky series by Veronica Rossi
The Disruption series by Jessica Shirvington

Which books would you love to see made into a movie?

I feel like The Heroes Of Olympus series or even the Percy Jackson series would be a cool movie series but if it were made into a tv series it would be even better

You know, I thought I'd heard they were doing something with the Percy Jackson series, but I may be wrong.

I think that the Lux series by Jennifer L. Armentrout would be a Great tv series

Yes, I enjoyed all three books in the Never Sky trilogy. :-)

I just read The Shadows Between Us and think it would be a great movie. I really loved the characters and the whole political aspect would be fun to see on screen, I think.

Legend series by Marie Lu PLEASE.
Circe by Madeline Miller, though that would be a bit difficult. I'm currently reading the book, not even finished but it's amazing.
Scythe by Neal Shusterman, too brutal for some people maybe, but I'd sure as hell watch.
They both die at the end, that would be a m a z i n g.
Six of Crows or Crooked Kingdom please, I love watching heist-type movies. Ahem Oceans 8.
Endgame series by James Fray, almost forgot that one. But this would be AMAZING as a movie. I beg.

Yeah, some books would be tricky to make into movies, even thought we'd like them to. :-)

Lockwood and Co would be a great tv series!

Eragon By Christopher Paolini

The Study series by Maria V Snyder could also be an interesting film, even though the first book of the series -Poison Study- is by far the best.
I also think that bookseries like the Selection and A court of thorns and roses would make great movies (if they're not changed and follow the books correctly, I mean look what they did to Divergent).

Yes and no. Yes it would be awesome in the hands of somebody like Peter Jackson!!!!
But otherwise Fantasys are very hard to do right and I wouldn´t want it to be ruinend. And hasn´t there already been a film or smth like that?

I think it would be Oryx and Crake would be great as Mini series. I also I would like to see Everlost as a tv show.

I'm currently reading The Priory of the Orange Tree which I would love to see adapted into a film (the equivalent of "movies" here in England).

Red Queen deserves to be made into a movie series.

I'd like to the see the Uglies series made into films; they were the first 21st century YA books I'd read.

Omg I would kill for an Infernal Devices movie or T.V series!

I would love for a miniseries based on the Legend books, the books have such a cinematic quality to them that is begging to be seen on the screen!

The Selection and Red Queen, however, I’m so scared they’ll not translate it well enough for me to enjoy it? Am I just too picky or does this happen to you?

A court of thorns and roses series!! I have been dreaming to see all the characters come to life on the screen since I've completed reading the books :D
