November is looking forward to getting to know her father and the safety of a small town. After leaving the Big Apple and her bad memories for Tennessee, November starts working for her dad at his strip club doing the books. The one time she’s allowed there during club hours she runs into Asher Mayson. He’s perfect until he opens his mouth and makes assumptions. November wants nothing to do with Asher but too bad for November, fate has other plans.

Asher Mayson has never had a problem getting a woman, that is until November. Now all he can think about is making November his and keeping her safe.

Chapter 3: (view spoiler)[ I have to agree Asher is pretty heavy handed. Which someone who had just been attacked recently would probably steer completely clear of. Surely the person that attacked her wasn't in good enough shape to follow her to Tennessee though. Didn't Beast do a number on him? (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 6: (view spoiler)[ OK so Which of the brothers is fixing to get hooked up with Liz.... I see it happening. Just don't know which one. lol. I love the fact that Asher's family has the "explosion" excuse for their insta love. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 10: (view spoiler)[ "I've wanted to see you wearing nothing but my ring since I bought it for you. Knowing that, like the ring I put on your finger, I'm the only one. the only one who will ever see you in nothing but my ring. The only one who will wake up to your beautiful face every day for the rest of my life. The only wone who will make love to you. The only one who will make babies with you..."

Yep... pretty sure I just got pregnant or my ovaries exploded, or melted into a puddle or something.. Dangit there is something in my eyes.. *sniffle* (hide spoiler)]

Epilogue: (view spoiler)[ LOL Asher arguing with his 16 year old daughter... I can so see this happening with my husband and little girl.. shes only 11 right now but these years are coming. Hes a total pushover.. (hide spoiler)]

All the feels: (view spoiler)[ Yes Asher started out heavy handed, but I was pretty fast to hop on team Asher.. it was embarrassing how fast I hopped on it lol. This was a really good read. One of the books I just read by this same author had a somewhat similar plot with the stalker vibes etc but it was a super rushed plot with a kind of pushover for a female. I like that this FMC did stand up for herself even if it seems Asher got his way more often than not. The burning baby book really cracked me up. I hated being pregnant and I wish I had set fire to a baby book myself. Just for shiggles. Can't believe her mom... ugh. I wish we could have seen the punishment that woman got shes a piece of work. Ch 9 (view spoiler)[ The more I think about it, the more I wonder if her mom and mom's boyfriend are behind the stalking. Maybe they want to either kill her or scare her enough to give them the money from the grandparents. Idk it's crazy (hide spoiler)]

Yes! With you, Hannah, and me we'll be at 5 books for this author so maybe continue in March and focus on some other authors for the last bit of February?

Yes I loved that November was a strong woman too. This was a fun story. It's funny that November carried on the tradition of naming her daughter after a month

Until July is the start off a spin-off series that comes after these if I’m looking at it correctly
